Rule Britannia: The store is very well stocked. The sales assistants are very good, very helpful, very competent and very kind. The only critical point is the undersizing of the workforce compared to the influx of customers. Saturday 8 October around 3:30 pm I went to this store for a purchase. I was perfectly followed by the sales assistant. However, there were only three employees who followed the customers in carrying out all the activities, including the checkout operations at a time when there were 28 people present inside the shop which, on the ground floor, has a very limited space. I would invite the management of the company to increase the workforce, at least on the days of greatest influx. You have excellent collaborators but try to enhance them by making their business with customers easier. Dren: We bought a brand new washing machine, the card broke 2 weeks after we got it. We reported it immediately and it took them another 2 weeks to come and look at it, the technician told us the card is broken and they will order it immediately. Guess what the card “came” in 12 days but apparently they have ordered the wrong card. Now our washing machine is still broken and we’ve been waiting for more than a month. This is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life. They never reply and if they do its because we’ve been spamming them with texts or calls. I would highly suggest to AVOID this brand in general.
