Paola: I go to this salon to perform a color / balayage service on my natural dark blonde hair, showing the first photo. As can be seen from the photos, the result was not the desired one, the hair appears the day after the fold completely ruined, totally white on one side (see second photo). I return a day later to the salon with a request to remedy the damage suffered (assuming that I should not have gone out of there with that result, after I had spent almost a whole day doing the required work, but I was so tired) and despite the color is corrected, the result is not that required. I asked for a refund, given the amount not appropriate to the professionalism and the result obtained and given that I will have to contact someone else to remedy the damage, but I was denied. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

My hair was taken such great care of by the very capable Alessandro and Gabriele. They are so gentle with hair and treat every hair cut as a creation of art. Alessandro made me feel so comfortable and at ease as he carefully yet skilfully gave me a delicate trim. They use the best products and are very attentive to delivering what they promise. It’s evident that they value their client’s comfort and satisfaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
