Maccon Keane: I was a totally unknown Irish customer to Grassi Sport and had a planned ski-touring holiday. I down-hill ski regularly but this was going to be my first ski-touring experience and I knew nothing about it. I emailed Stefano before i left Ireland who organized for Andreo help me select gear for my trip - and I needed everything. The selection at Grassi Sport was excellent. Even though I have no italian, Andreo Stefano and all the staff were superb at getting me kitted out. They were helpful thoughtful and patient. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and in addition they gave me very good value on excellent quality gear. This is a superb shop with superb staff and I can highly recommend Grassi Sport.

They have equipment of the highest quality and different from the usual "supermarket" style shops in the city. Here is where excellence is found. Fully stocked with regard to skateboards, longboards and snowboards plus all the necessary accessories. Also excellent for wetsuits and surfboards. I have always bought all my equipment both winter and summer and have always had a great time. Even in the event of a defective snowboard binding they were super willing to fix it and order me spare parts.

Giacomo Bisconti: Small shop, good assortment but the choices are sometimes limited, normal prices for medium-high range sporting goods. The rating is an average of my first experience (5), in which a competent gentleman wisely guided me to the purchase of ski boots, and the last (1) when the lady of the cashier just put me in front, in quite rude way, the ski gloves on which I wanted to get an idea, without helping me in the choice and indeed making me feel quite uncomfortable.
Edoardo Rossi: Worst sports / mountain equipment store in Turin. Rude and incompetent owners. Short range and spoiled material. If there were a zero star rating, they deserve it.

Jesse Nortier: Weird.. no price tag on a pair of pants, they said it costs 220,- but Protest pants cost a max of 149,- and those are better (more waterproof) pants than the one I was interested in. Sketchy when a store just makes up prices like that and the women even got kind of angry when I showed her the prices of other, comparable Protest pants (around 100,-). Avoid!

Elisabetta Lombardo: Well-stocked shop, staff attentive to the containment measures of the contagion from covid 19. Kind and helpful saleswoman, owner quite the opposite, I advise you to go with clear ideas because hesitation is not allowed, at the first doubt you will be invited to go out of the shop and leave room for people more worthy of you to stay inside. I also bought other goods, but given the treatment reserved for me, I accepted the invitation to go out.
Response: It is a very difficult time for everyone, even for businesses that are struggling for survival. In our case, we were closed for two months last year, with staff and suppliers waiting to be paid. Fortunately, we were able to start again trying to settle the debts. I personally, like many, had to resort to a major loan from the bank to cope with the situation. The work has become much more complicated and demanding, both due to the necessary sanitation measures we have adopted, and to try to contain the waiting times of our customers forced to wait in the cold outside the store. To make the wait less heavy (in certain time slots it can well exceed half an hour) we decided to give our customers the opportunity to go to the bar to have a coffee offered by us. With reference to what you say and despite the difficulties mentioned above, I exclude having invited a customer to go out of the shop.

They refuse to make the change only because I no longer have the receipt. Sara Garbarino: my experience in this shop was very bad. I was already buying here something I needed for the mountains so I took them to repair a pair of very valuable hiking boots bought years before from them.. He told me it was possible and in fact a month later he delivered them to me repair. he did not want to give me any guarantees (except his word which apparently is worth little) and above all not even the receipt despite the high price (compared to the average) of €100. on the first walk I took They immediately came off and I immediately got my feet wet. We resented to repair them but we argued and above all the owner was really indecent rude. Places like this really deserve to close! All gentiles until you pay when there is a damage to be remedied by them there is only arrogance and above all dishonesty.

Juliet Friday: Huge, full and loaded with branded and non branded items. A store where you get alot of Ad on options without stress. Ideal for everyone. Shop for gym wear, basics, sports equipment, surprisingly even protein shakes. Ask for members card to gain shopping points as they always have cool offers and rewards for returning customers.
hannah saunders: We travelled to turin and visited both decathlon stores. The central store provided bike rental at a reasonable price. We preordered the bikes online and arranged to collect instore. No helmets where available to buy in store and none could be provided. No repair kit is available with the rental if you have a puncture. We returned to the store with a puncture and no alternative bike was available nor was the puncture repaired. Our rental period lasted less than 12 hours and we still had to pay for two bikes for 2 full days. We where offered no assistance only told to wait for an email for further information. If we had known we would not recieve a refund for the bikes we would have kept one for the period of rental and atleast expected some assistance with the puncture. Overall the experience was a waste of time and money. We have since contacted the store and spoken to staff who have disregarded our complaint, as "decathlon do not offer refunds" on early return of hire. Poor effort will not return
