Alex Voicu: Unsatisfactory cigar. I bought a montecristo n2 and not only was it not kept in a humidor (which amazed me... Cubans keep them there) but the owner told me it was aged 7 years (I trust it). Dry cigar and not good. Now I am certain about one thing, I will never buy a cigar here again.

However, I was completely ignored both when I entered and greeted the two gentlemen behind the counter and for the 10 minutes I spent browsing around the shop.I left without buying anything and moved on to another nearby cigar shop.
Response: I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction, I don't think you fully appreciated the cigar selection as those on the shop front are only a fraction. I'm not sure I remember correctly, but maybe I'm wrong... he was in the shop for a few minutes with a box of Tuscan 200 in his hands, then suddenly he left the shop. Naturally it was not served as soon as you walked through the door because the shop was full at that moment and we were following other customers..."unfortunately" our shop is a little different from the classic tobacconists and some sales of particular products including cigars also need times longer than the classic hand over and pay. Whenever you want, we will be happy to welcome you back to our shop and let you appreciate the whole selection of cigars. cordially

Never disappointed, will be back.
Mauro Sordello: Good tobacco shop for pipes. There are smoking pipes of all types and tastes! I don't know about the accessories because I don't smoke it, but judging from the display I would say that if you smoked a pipe, this would definitely be a place to drop by. For the rest it is also a tobacconist with the "usual" cigarettes and tobacco.

Leif Harum: Awesome owners and large variety of tobacco products. They even have Al Capone white portioned snus! It's just like Swedish snus, and in fact made by danneman, which is owned by Swedish Match. So quality product. And when I asked if he could get more Al capone the same day, he said he would go to the stock immediately to try and buy more. Great guy, great shop. They also speak Spanish and english fuently.

FRC06: Very kind in the tobacconist's though… the distributor is practically always sold out !!! It looks like it hasn't been stocked with cigarettes in 3 years !! Late in the evening I went down to buy lucky strikes and only the merits and a few rothmans were left. For the rest everything is perfect but please restock the distributor !!
Giulia: Service often not efficient. The two boys are more available and prone to courtesy towards the customer. Unfortunately, I had two or three "unpleasant" experiences with the lady. Printed or recharged by phone a few minutes earlier with the boys, I returned shortly after for other prints or refills, and I was told by her that the equipment was broken. But how? It worked perfectly until just before! There is probably no full autonomy in the use of the devices, which should be remedied for a matter of professional competence. Or at least don't make fun of customers who always come back to you and pay for services. In addition, a little more courtesy would not hurt (at least healthy looking in the eyes and not turning your back).

Filippo Rossetto: They were extremely kind and helpful at getting a first pipe smoking set, wonderful service, prices were nice, nice enough to get this strong anti-smoker to buy a pipe. I was able to find a full set for a very convenient price. I will upgrade to a nice Savinelli when the money allows, i have already eyed out a couple of nice looking ones from the window during my commutes for breakfast. Even when i only smoke sparingly (once a month? Maybe even less?) I will be making sure this is where i get any of my smoke related goods from now on, I appreciate when im well treated at a business, shows dedication. The Tobacco that they recommended me smokes wonderfully, pairs very nice for a coffee evening. Thanks! Definetly recommend giving them a visit.
Lorin MacQueen: Wonderful staff that let me take my time finding the perfect pipe for my collection. Very helpful in explaining the different types of pipes and where they are made, also choosing a tobacco they let me smell all the different brands with the flavor I wanted to choose which one I liked most. I even got a nice cigarette case for traveling. They have the best selection of pipes and tobacco I have seen and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
