Stefano Borgogno: Worst place to exchange money, almost a scam. I exchanged 50 euro for british Pound and they gave me 35 pounds (I paid 1 pound 1.40 euro instead of 1.13 euro). When I asked 'what's the exchange rate?' The guy said "I don't know". there isn't the screen with the rates. Avoid this place at all costs, there are far better exchanges near Porta Nuova station.
Cristian David: I tried to change Romanian RON to EURO. (1 euro = 4.95 ron) Their rate for 1 euro is 7.1 RON. Avoid it at all costs.
Esteban Davalos: Today I tried to exchange 500USD to Euros and they offered me €375 which it's absolutely absurd. I told them that it couldn't be right and they tried to convince me saying that in another place they will charge me a minimum of 7% in commission fees. Funny fact I went to another place that it's very well rated in the city center and got €446, a difference of €71.

Jack Rush: Went to change money here after a bad experience at the train station (changed 100$ for 60€) but here i got 82€ and no commission for the same amount. One of the best places to change money in Turin. The staff was very kind and professional.
sina borzooei: I do not really understand how did people rate them well , simply said be very much careful when you are going there , I had a Danish krone wanted to convert to euro , instead of 147 euro they wanted to pay me 90 euro , when I checked on net and confronted it they told me that your money is Norwegian krone !!!! Means so far I was living by Norwegian money in Denmark !!!!!

scolapastajoe il pittore: Not recommended. Don't go exchange your money here. Fraudulent conduct. Years after the last change, I realize that nothing has changed and that they continue to behave fraudulently. Today, 7th September 2022, I exchanged 20 British pounds, which is currently worth 23.55720 euros. I was given € 16! Apparently the euro is much stronger than the pound. Ria Money reports that its service has 0 commissions, as reported by receipt. Instead, apparently, for a change of £ 20 the commission is € 7! The receipt states that the customer is provided with all the necessary information and that the change is reported on the board in real time. Well, at least at the headquarters in Piazza XVIII December, all this is false! The first board is no longer present, and the sum was communicated to me verbally. Had it not been out of necessity I would not have accepted this scam. I strongly advise against exchanging your money here. I will never go back. This time for real.

Gregorio Suino: Exchange service absolutely not recommended, they offered me a euro dollar exchange rate at 0.85, informing me better I found another currency exchange less than 1 km away with exchange rate at 0.95. And they also say they have no commissions.
