Alessia Venco: I start with a premise to motivate my enthusiasm for having found MANITU, for which I apologize in advance for this long-winded review :-) Personally I have always been oriented towards acrylic because in the past years the difference between Gel and Acrylic was abysmal: with Acrylic my nails remained thin with a very natural effect. Unfortunately, the center where I used to go has closed and the owner has moved abroad. I tried different reconstruction centers (alas only in gel) with unsatisfactory results for me: thick nails with that terrible artificial effect! Then I FINALLY landed at MANITU this summer after a thorough search on the web. MANITU has aroused my curiosity and interest, mainly because in the various treatments it also offers acrylic reconstruction, but at MANITU I discovered, with great surprise, that GEL ALSO OFFERS A SUPERLATIVE RESULT: beautiful, natural hands and thin nails thanks to the great professionalism of his entire team. I am delighted to have known MANITU both for its professionalism and for the atmosphere full of "humanity" and joy.

Erica Di Stefano: The first few times I went to the shop the owner did the work on me and nothing to complain about, precise and fast. The last two times another girl did the gel refill on my hands, very kind but the execution times were really long (yesterday for the refill 2 hours and 20 minutes) and the quality of the work is not the same. Yesterday I asked for a french which was not done precisely and I was asked for 5 euros more. At the cashier I point out the crooked nail to the girl and she says "oh yes but now ..." well great thank you 😂 Furthermore, no tax receipt has ever been issued to me.

I think such staff should be replaced or at least taught some basics of how not to behave. Also, a lot of previous reviews say the same and I completely agree with them.
UrmiGhone Dental: The girls at the checkout are very rude. One of them literally shouted on me. Thinking that she does not match my standards I walked off by just smiling at her. Need a change of staff maybe. A lot of previous bad reviews on them as well.

Adanna Als: On July 31st I went to Sephora Garibaldi for a foundation, a young lady who offered to help me chose a brand and shade (Fenty Pro Filt’r 300) - as it matched my skin on my jawline after trying the tester. Obviously, I bought it. That night I squirted a small amount unto my hand and used my brush to blend it on to my face...to my surprise it was much lighter on my forehead area than the rest of my face. Disappointed, I went back to the same Sephora the next day (August 2nd 2020) to exchange it for the right shade or if not, get my money back or at least a product worth the same price and I was told that none of the options were available. Not even my money back or products worth the same price because of Covid in Italy. The girls at the shop told me that in America it’s possible, but not here. While I understand the unforeseen circumstances regarding Covid, I have to say that this is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE by SEPHORA. As a frequent Sephora shopper in the U.S. this would never happen because they would at least try to accommodate the customer to ensure that they return and remain loyal. Now I must keep a product that doesn’t fully match my skin as per the recommendation of one of their staff, with no resolution to the problem. I expected more, hence this review.
