Pia Di Pasquale: Yesterday I bought two lipsticks at this store with a 10% discount from the mall. Although I asked if the discount was valid and in checkout if it had been applied to me, the result is that I paid the full price. So I recommend ATTENTION!
Stella Tab: It has nothing "outlet" at all, indeed the prices are much more expensive, I paid for a perfume thinking of saving with the "20%" discount instead the discounted price is the same price as any full-price perfume shop, I sincerely hope to be helpful with this comment and that no one will fall for it anymore

One of the staff (Mehdi I think, he’s from Morocco) was very helpful and patient with us, and he spoke both French and English (and Italian of course) which were a plus. I personally prefer this Gucci store than the one in le Vallée village in Paris. Great bargains, more choice, no queues, and the store was not crowded. N.B. Although this store is in an “outlet”, do not expect some imaginary bargains...

I think good to go to get some present for your friends.Each week they change their selection and discount is applied only for associate members which you can ask and register at the counter for free. The owner was gentle and helpful.

The sales representative, José, is one of the most professional and customer oriented fellow I had the opportunity to do business with. As it was a remote selling, I received the itens (9) after 2 days, all of them in pristine order very carefully and orderly packed. James: Went to Xerjoff today with an intention to buy perfume for my husband. When the lady opened the door she looked at me and my friend up and down (very unprofessional and rude) and only because we wore flip flops and shorts (we are a tourists for a sake!) she did not look happy assuming straight away we won’t be buying anything and just wasted her time. After she realized I am truly intending to buy, she became more helpful but it was too late… not the customer service I expected, will be buying online instead…

Arnesis Z.: While I cannot speak for the boutique, I can tell you about their website - xerjoffuniverse. Unfortunately, I have nowhere else to write this. The customer service on their website is horrible. I have not encountered a worse one in a long time. They constantly use terms of endearment, which I am uncomfortable with, especially given the context, they are very condescending. They act almost as if you annoy them, when you contact them? This is their job. If you ask them to help you with orientation on their website, they straight up ignore you. If their website malfunctions and does not allow you to sign in or shows you error in the cart, they ignore you. When you ask about their products, they treat you like you are dumb for not knowing. Lastly, since I received a promo code for buying a sample kit, I was curious, when it expires. So, which day? On their website stands 2 months. I text them asking for precise date. Suddenly, the code is only for 1 month. Are they kidding me? Such a shame, because one of their perfumes truly stands out to me and I would love to have it. But I heard another company has a similar fragrance, so aight, I will head over there.
Martin Villson: Took the oportunity to pay a visit while in Italy for a big perfume expo. Had a wonderful greeting by Luca who guided me through the multiple selection of delectable perfumes! I will make it a tradition to always visit Xerjoff while in Italy from now!
Momo Kanev: I am a collector of awesome scents, as such I own the collections of quite a few high end brands. Xerjoff always stands out with their uniqueness. The perfumes which house of Xerjoff produces are bringing me compliments whether I am at the pool or night out in a restaurant. They are worth every dollar. I can recommend you guys try Nio, Zafar and my personal favourite Naxos.
