I was in the shop for 30mins trying to decide which tracksuit to buy for my boyfriend the owner was amazing he was very patient and helpful. After some communication between the courier and the shop, the parcel was unfortunately delivered to a wrong address. The shop owner has tried to contact the courier to retrieve it for me but unfortunately the parcel was still not found. They later refund me, including the shipping cost. To me they did their part to try to resolve the situation, hence I have left a positive feedback here.
