Vanessa Terrasi: They withdrew the nail polish (always done by them), which then did not last for me, but when they withdrew the semi-permanent using the bur (remaining too long on each nail) they reduced my nails to pieces, leaving them very thin, they remained debilitated and now I find it hard to make them grow. Rude girls.
Beatrice Bortolutti: Local in via Nizza, small but clean. The girls are good (both normal and semi-permanent nail polish), but they are unkind and in some cases downright rude. It goes without saying that they only speak Chinese to each other and only sometimes with customers, but only with the most loyal ones while the others are not really considered. Also if you pay in cash they give you the points card, but they never give you the receipt.
giggia07: Brave but I must also say rude. They only talk to each other in Chinese, if you try to tell them something about the work they are doing (perhaps to make the shape of a nail a bit rounder rather than pointed for example) they also look at you badly. Furthermore, various colors that are present on the displays and that you ask to be done on the nails do not do them because they say that it takes "too many layers" ... I would say that you could rather remove these colors from the palettes if you really cannot do them instead of keeping them there. In addition, it has almost always happened to me that the semi-permanent or gel did not start where the nail begins (where the cuticles are) but later on and in this way the regrowth is seen much earlier. Surely one of the "cheapest" places (which is 5/10 euro less than the average) in Turin, but at some point it is really annoying to go to this place.

Chloe Condon: Made an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and was greeted with confusion. The one woman working was in the middle of giving a pedicure to another woman. This appointment had been made several days in advance and I received a confirmation email. Very odd experience, I ended up leaving since it was clear that no one would be able to assist me.

But all of the girls are professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Very clean and highly recommended beauty center !!
