Kaiylix Vex: A magical place for those who have a little nerd side in their heart or not. Inside are a myriad of items suitable for a diverse range of customers. Matteo Cavaglià: The worst place to be assisted. As long as there is to appear, they are all very helpful. I happened to buy a 2500 euro machine, after two years I encountered problems with the motherboard and hard drive. I trusted them, leaving the car to their technician and obviously depriving myself of my computer and giving up important jobs and deadlines. After the third time I brought it to them they returned the computer to me, making sure that everything was in order .... by turning it on and trying it in their shop, I immediately encountered the same problems as the first time. They didn't show themselves available and humane even to give me a little discount on the work, in addition to the fact that they wanted to return the faulty machine to me without telling me. They are not transparent, the technician is incompetent, and the sellers only show themselves available during the sale. Once the warranty has expired, their assistance is worth 0. They made me pay for all their estimates, and the workmanship, even if fake. After buying such a good looking machine in a shop I expect the team to be helpful and competent. Luckily I found technicians who solved my problem and were much more professional than them. Don't count on these people, especially if you're a computer-savvy professional.

I would say that it is superfluous to explain to you that when you have a problem with one of your appliances, be it the car or the washing machine or your PC, it is unfortunately necessary to stop for its repair, however annoying it may be, but if you want to avoid these problems, especially as in his case where he mentions having “given up on important jobs and deadlines.” it is advisable to make a small investment by acquiring a replacement forklift and leave the necessary time for assistance to solve the problems and you cannot be able to judge the competence of our technicians with a single operation, vice versa verifiable by over 24 years of customers more how satisfied. In summary, you went to our shop twice for two different needs and both times the two different problems were resolved: the first time your notebook was completely cleaned and a foreign body inside was removed, and the second time a software issue was requested and resolved. In addition, a problem with the battery had also been reported but it is a defect not found by us, nor by the laboratory with which we collaborate and which has been dealing with motherboard repairs for 30 years and consequently NOTHING HAS BEEN CHARGED for this 'last problem, so I don't understand the reason for your report, moreover 6 months after our last intervention on your machine. alex dima: My experience was not a good one. I made my problem explicit, and I followed their advice by purchasing a product. I only found out by trying it at home that it didn't have the characteristics they had indicated to me. ilias devetzoglou: Stay away. Fraudulent shop. I sold them a computer motherboard on ebay and they claimed it was faulty. They requested a return which I happily accepted. I received the item back but they swapped it for another one, same model, but different motherboard. They even took out the serial number sticker from my motherboard and stuck it on their own, the one they returned back to me. It is a company of fraudsters. Stay away! I am in touch with ebay and PayPal trying to sort this out. Beware!

O P: I have gone to this shop a few months ago for a question about a wireless mouse and it surely is the last time I will go there. The woman behind the counter was impolite, arrogant and frustrate by every question that was asked to her. On top of that, she did not know the products she was selling or what the electronic market offers in terms of products, strange for an informatic hardware store. Pushing the customer to leave as fast as they can, as you feel that you bother them. This makes me wonder if they probably already have too much work on their plate to be helpful/kind with every customer, or if kindness is not a personality trait that they are aware of. If there was a possibility to put 0 stars this shop would deserve it. ANSWER TO THE COMMENT MADE BY THE OWNER: This is not at all a mistake, as I came to this shop and just told you about my experience. I came to buy a wireless mouse with a station to charge it, not batteries (tipo duracell), but apparently according to the woman behind the counter this product does not exist. That you do not have in your shop I can understand it, but that you do not know about the product seems strange to me, and the way your colleague answered to me and her attitude was arrogant and impolite. You can refer as much as you want to all your positif reviews, I can just tell you that my experience in this shop was really bad. You can have a bad day, and I might have come on the bad day, but this bad day made me write this review and I stand by what I say. My "false" assumptions come from the way the seller was behind the desk, so maybe there is an attitude problem, to be reviewed. This account is not at all fake and my privacy is a right so I do not share all my infromations with you! Me giving bad reviews only assess that I let people know about shops/restaurants/places to avoide. You judge this account is fake because you get a negatiove review, instead of asking yourself what does not work and change it.
