Elina Nelaj: I bought two pairs of sandals in early June for € 278. One of the sandals was starting to come loose after putting them on ONLY once. Back at the shop - unfortunately without having kept the receipt - I was told that they could do nothing but ask the manufacturing company. The saleswoman present approached to say that they were messed up, badly concealing her annoyance at my legitimate request, and making me understand that I was wasting my time. I would like to remind the "very kind" gentlemen that the goods must be changed even after use if there are defects. Unfortunately, not having kept the receipt I could do little, but I would be careful to buy from them and I recommend keeping the receipt so as not to be in my unpleasant situation.
Fede Fede: It has nice stuff but when you enter you feel super observed, they're breathing down your neck and if you go out without buying, they sometimes give you a bad look. Once I tried on a pair of shoes but they didn't have my size and they had to give me the extra number..

Jesús Freire: Unfortunately, I had a very dissapointing experience today at The North Face Turin. While I was treated very well by the staff and also enjoyed the shop (it is a nice place with a good variety of procucts), they tried to trick me at the time to pay. The three items I bought had an orange sticked mark (which is a 20% disscount). I only knew because I asked. Once I went to pay, they had removed the stickers and tried to charge me the full amount without the discount. I bought three items so the difference with what I was expecting to be charged was importan enough to be noticed. Only when I mentioned how is possible that total amount taking into account that there is a 20% discount, I was charged the right amount. I didn't notice who removed the stickers, if the cashier or the person upstairs who folded the three items before he handle it to me. But from any point of view, they tried to trick me.

simone bigica: Let's start with the fact that Stone Island is one of my favorite brands that I really appreciate. But I always tend to buy from the site because it's really a nightmare in the Turin shop. The shop itself is nice in a central location and has a lot of stuff. But the clerks above all the "" manager "of the place are of a single rude look at you badly you hear them gossip about other customers they encourage you to move and to hurry they make you signs to send you away and they also tell you clearly. Or you go to try something but you don't take it and they talk at you and maybe as happened to me that you go to think about it and come back another day and you hear in a low voice "who knows if I'm around you decide to buy this jacket" but that stuff is really run by a mass of disorganized and rude incompetents. Or you ask for a size and they tell you "eheh no I'm sorry this is over a long time ago you had to wake up first to come ..." with a serious tone. Really probably never had worse experiences than these in any stores. And being from Turin I have been in the shop over and over again and it has always been like this every time. Without words really. I personally will not buy anything in the shop anymore. I'll just go if it takes to try on the garments and buy them somewhere else at most.

HASNA EL HAIBA: Rude shop assistants. A sign is posted on the door in plain sight with the words "access is allowed to a maximum of 9 people", but me and my friends (group of 4) were not granted access with the following excuse " access is allowed to a maximum of 2 people ". Immediately after they let in two gentlemen who were standing behind us, and when we asked for explanations we were told “why can't 4 people from the same group enter”, the sense ?. Then the clerk came again saying "I'll let you in because it's cold", and of course I refused to enter. IT DOESN'T SEEM TO ME THE WAY OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. DISGUST!!!!
Silvio Agostino: It's my favorite brand, so I often go to see the new arrivals. Friendly and helpful staff, I got the impression they treat you better if you come in already wearing Stone stuff, but maybe I'm wrong. In any case, the shop is beautiful, with two distinct floors, there are some items but not many, usually the sizes are missing. The prices, of course, are high but you pay for the quality. I've read of people who have had bad experiences with the staff, but they always treat me well and with helpful, personal experience.

Ali Tavakol: Stuff are friendly and helpful, there are only 2 bershka store in torino and this one is not the best one in terms of shopping experience however the location is better and more reachable, this one is smaller comparing to the other store, overall good shop to visit

Mercy: A good place for shopping. They have a men's section upstairs and a huge women's one downstairs. Good choice of shoes and accessories.
Shahzad Zaman: A really Good shop for both men and women, they have a huge variety of clothes, undergarments, cosmetics, shoes, accessories and jewellery. The staff is really good, polite and ready to help. The prices of the products are really good and the quality as well. They have really good sales when it’s the discount months and you can find some really good clothes for amazing prices. They also have change of products according to seasons and the festivities. Have a good shopping.

Erin Straayer: Great style for such low prices. Highly recommend if you're on a budget. I know walking down the shopping district can be discouraging when you can't exactly afford Gucci and Prada. Young and fun colors and styles .
Cheline Magsano: Quite hippie-dress-like-teenager shop. Employees are annoyingly arrogant and I hated the fact that you can't bring an assistant with you in the fitting area. If I want to bring somebody with me to shop there's a probability that I would want them to judge the clothes I picked. I don't like the fact that you have to go all the way to the entrance to show yourself to the assistant. The fitting area is big enough (at least for girls') and is quite open! Why can't assistants stay right outside my room. Another thing is their closing hours. If you told me that you will close at 7.45 pm, you will close at 7.45 pm. We entered the shop mins before 7pm and 10-15 mins later, we wanted to try out some clothes and they told us that the fitting area just closed because they're about to close! Annoyingly arrogant employees.

I've always gone mainly to buy children's things ... but I always find: Department messed up Goods thrown away Unabsorbed newborn underwear department Articles from previous years As if that weren't enough, yesterday to buy 8 € of leotard I queued for 25 minutes !!!! I think the staff should be expanded and trained with the basic rules of trade!

Amaretto!: The best chain store. Very well stocked, but above all cleaner than other Kiabis (even the dressing rooms for fitting in are clean). There is a play area for children, much appreciated by younger customers and their parents. The quality of the clothes is a lottery, sometimes it's worth it, other times it's better to leave it alone.
