Vittoria Aurora Fabbri: We went to this shop with my aunt, who unfortunately lost a lot of hair due to invasive treatments. The owner "greeted" us with a face that reached the ground. My aunt asks politely, being the first time, if she can try on some type of wig, some different model. She, very annoyed, takes one and makes him try it. To make him try a second one it seemed that we had to beg (or perhaps pay for it). So we ask her more or less what the prices are and she tells us immensely annoyed. At that point my aunt asks for some information on a model that interested her and the lady, who at that point seemed bored and disturbed by our presence, wrote down her surname on a flying piece of paper and dismissed us. I repeat that we were immediately very cordial and kind. I read some responses of the owner to the reviews, one in particular in which the lady says that you have to have respect for people who are going through a difficult time. Exactly lady, in my opinion, you should try to be a little more empathetic and courteous with the people who go to your shop, since they certainly do not do it because they do not know what to wear at carnival, but to respond to a real need. Leaving the shop we went to another business in Turin, where my aunt bought a wig. As proof that we were really interested in buying. Greetings.
