M.: Really bad experience with this shop: Bought a watch for more than 10k USD, after the online purchase there was almost zero communication, the seller simply did not reply to email or whatsapp and after chasing him I received rude replies. After waiting for almost 2 weeks he came back to me, telling me that I won’t get the watch because it got damaged on the way to his shop. Never again.

Christian Poguisch: For some unknown marketing reason, they decided to keep people waiting outside the store before start selling a product which was delivered two hours before. The sellers are inside the empty store playing cards and waiting, probably, for some celestial sign. Meanwhile the customers are waiting outside like cows. Very poor customer orientation and service.
A. N.: Staff speaks little to no English, although it states on their badge that they speak English. Other than that a completely ok and normal experience. The delivery to the store was fast and on time!

Catalina-Raluca Baciu: Quite unpleasant. I went in a few months ago to ask information about purchasing a Rolex for myself (even tried to make an apointment). The staff did not seem interested in serving me. "You need to be on the client list" and also we cannot guarantee you will get your watch - we do not have information when or if it will come. Long story short it was a no - we are not interested. Next day I got an apointment at Astrua in Torino where I got a beautiful professional treatment and 2 months later I received my beautiful new Rolex. I would never shop at a place like Rocca - high street cheap service! Rolex should revoke their license in all honesty.
Nikaimano: Went to buy a rolex; at the request for the price of a specific model, the clerk shows me (from his phone, without bothering to take one of those on display) another model, when I point it out, he annoyedly selects the model I was looking for, mumbling that the prices are those. When I ask for delivery times, he tells me that rolexes only give them to their customers (and it can be). I ask him if if I find a second hand one, they could revise it, he answers no and that in any case he does not recommend it "because revising and certifying it still has a cost" he says with a lot of sense of superiority (unjustified)
