Gianmarco Cannarozzo: The shop is always closed. Three times, within two weeks, I agree with the owner (or anyone who answers the phone indicated by the site) and three times he leaves me outside the shop, not even bothering to notify him of his absence, and not answering calls. Among other things to collect goods already paid. In the end, I had to give up on the purchase and lost some money. Kudos to whoever runs this shop. I answer his review here because unfortunately you have the right to reply. I write at 5 in the morning because I wake up at 4 and a half to go to work and the one on the toilet is the only time I have to dedicate to you. The order was for 10 euros which, however little money is mine and if you offer a service you must guarantee it since you have made me go to your shop several times without respecting my time, as you will probably have little respect for time people who will bring you income that you will not consider worthy. Now, instead of replying apologizing for the lack of professionalism, repeat an attitude that is not very respectful of the time of others. It was enough, on the first phone call, to tell me that the service would be active from here in time to be defined instead of making me waste time and patience. Good luck for everything.

Stefano Frassetto: The value for money is excellent. Accurate delivery times. I made prints on several supports of different materials and the result has always been very satisfying.
Leonardo Coviello: unreliable and unprofessional .... I ordered a print proof "ready in 3 days and we will call it back" but I was never called back and every time I called they replied "we will have the owner call it back", which never happened.
Fabio: Never found so much professionalism and competence as in this shop, they managed to solve all my graphics and printing problems. Really very good and at a good price I would add.
Olga: I was an intern for 3 months, the jobs they did to me were really boring and not for a graphic designer. Throw away the trash, arrange the jobs and papers. When I asked to do something, they said no categorically. Then I went when it was very hot so to put up with it was quite heavy. I would say a bad experience and not at all constructive.
Luca Traina: Absolute rudeness and utmost incompetence. Despite the few documents I printed I found myself double copies and missing files. I had to reprint everything elsewhere. If you do not want to make yourself available to the customer, stay closed that you make a better impression!

Olivia Pogliano: The one I assume was the owner had misogynistic and racist attitudes towards a girl. Now, if you are unhappy about your divorce (since you have also mentioned this topic) and you are angry with women, you are kindly invited not to throw your frustrations on girls who have not done anything to you. P.s. I do not recommend this place if you have to print a sheet because it will give you beggars if you pay 1 € (for 1 € you could not even come) I am upset.
