I love your shoes and just bought my second pair in Turin, however except for my very positive experience in Firenze last year, I visited both your stores in Milan in Sep 2021 and the store in Turin today (July 2022) and in all three cases, I had the feeling, that I have to force your sales people to sell me shoes. They were uninspired, did not propose me alternatives, were unwilling to see if they have my size in store. I hope you work with your sales colleagues on their attitude and motivation. By the way the sales person last July in Firenze could train the sales people in Milan and Turin.

Silvia Lanzone: The most beautiful shop in the Crocetta area in Turin! The saleswomen are very kind and very helpful. The prices of all brands are in line with the official prices. Inside they have a lot of brands including Premiata and Hogan and Dr martens! If you pass by here you cannot fail to stop.
