Ferhat Oezsoenmez: Bad service! I was there on Saturday afternoon (arround 13.30, game start on 18.30, As Roma). There were 3 girls. One on the shirt station, one on the first cash register and the last one somewhere arround. At least 10 people were waiting in the line and the girl on the first cash register was talking with a customer. The line was increasing, increasing, increasing and the girl was talking, talking, talking and after 10 minutes of talking at least 20 people were waiting in the line and finally they had the idea to open a second cash register.....maybe the manager should teach the employees how to handle situations like this.

Juliet Friday: Huge, full and loaded with branded and non branded items. A store where you get alot of Ad on options without stress. Ideal for everyone. Shop for gym wear, basics, sports equipment, surprisingly even protein shakes. Ask for members card to gain shopping points as they always have cool offers and rewards for returning customers.
hannah saunders: We travelled to turin and visited both decathlon stores. The central store provided bike rental at a reasonable price. We preordered the bikes online and arranged to collect instore. No helmets where available to buy in store and none could be provided. No repair kit is available with the rental if you have a puncture. We returned to the store with a puncture and no alternative bike was available nor was the puncture repaired. Our rental period lasted less than 12 hours and we still had to pay for two bikes for 2 full days. We where offered no assistance only told to wait for an email for further information. If we had known we would not recieve a refund for the bikes we would have kept one for the period of rental and atleast expected some assistance with the puncture. Overall the experience was a waste of time and money. We have since contacted the store and spoken to staff who have disregarded our complaint, as "decathlon do not offer refunds" on early return of hire. Poor effort will not return

Widely used by amateur teams of various disciplines for the creation of corporate sports uniforms. They offer a hot stamping service on the uniforms of numbers, logos, names, etc., an application laboratory in the shop. Pay attention to the timetables, only open in the afternoon and parking is not exactly easy.

From classic t-shirts and vests to items for school, for smokers and more. Prices in line with the stores of the other teams. Customization of the t-shirts is possible. From the site you can make online purchases with possible collection in the store or shipping. Nice and prepared staff. Not intrusive. The opening hours are respected. Punctual and kind. Difficult wheelchair access due to the step at the entrance and the door a bit narrow. Parking nearby is not always easy to find. We need to go around a bit even if in August it was much easier.

Jesse Nortier: Weird.. no price tag on a pair of pants, they said it costs 220,- but Protest pants cost a max of 149,- and those are better (more waterproof) pants than the one I was interested in. Sketchy when a store just makes up prices like that and the women even got kind of angry when I showed her the prices of other, comparable Protest pants (around 100,-). Avoid!

I try it anyway, compliant size, but I ask if a discount can be applied given the damage, they ask the director (who did not show up) I am told a discount of € 5 ... after the alms of the manager I leave. goods. Perhaps before trimming defective shoes to customers, it would be advisable at least to check them.

Przemysław Razik: Definitely the lowest point of the whole Juventus experience, this shop have the worst staff I have ever experienced. Together with my friend we visited this in the late afternoon on Monday and were trying to buy some great memories, instead we crushed with a wall of indifferent staff, they were not bothered with clients wanting to buy some jerseys we waited several minutes to be spotted although we watched their eye contact and was asking for service, no B&W discounts were asked for although we had the cards , secondly the staff acted rude when asked about available sizes, they did not even bothered to check or see if the sizes are available in other shops when asked, they looked blindly and ignored us eager to get back to chatting with each other. The shop itself is nice but the merchandise offered is very low chinese quality, with exception of the jerseys but I wonder why so little history stuff is there, I understand the "J" hype but....overall I recommend to avoid and look for the Juve stuff in the city.
