It was a great experience; professional and very courteous staff, extremely clean premises. 2 hours of relaxation in the sauna, Turkish bath, thermal bath, salt cave for complete skin purification. veronica saccà: We took advantage of the bridge to allow ourselves a few hours of relaxation away from the usual overflowing spas. First time in this spa, we tried the Haman path. Superb, spotless spa, friendly and helpful staff. The kit included in the price has everything, bathrobe, slippers and towel. In the changing room there is a shower equipped with bubble bath, the hair dryer is a real hair dryer and not the small one or those found in swimming pools. Small spa but with everything you need to spend a few hours of relaxation, whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, emotional shower, relaxation area with herbal teas. We will definitely come back and maybe try other services.
Pino: Very welcoming place with an intimate atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease .. the staff is very helpful and professionally trained. The only drawback is the relaxing background music, you can hear it everywhere except in the SPA. The massage in the salt cave is the TOP.

They solved my sciatica problem in just a few sessions! My doctor had prescribed intramuscular punctures, but their intervention was enough to resolve. I often return to solve neck pain, thanks to them I have solved most of my problems, during the massage they apply essential oils whose therapeutic effect is truly powerful. I highly recommend to resolve any pain, which otherwise with traditional medicine would be just a trickle to prescribe medicine .... ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!

Daniel Said (Dias): Relaxing experience. Loved staying in the outside saunas in the rain. Tip: Go in the morning till the evening. After 7pm it gets more crowded and too many couples having fun in the pools... The aperitivo leaves to be desired, but its included in the price.
Iya U: Cozy place to relax in a very central location of Turin. A lot of rooms and procedures to explore and enjoy. Aperitivo menu changed a lot from the pre-coronavirus time (per personal opinion not in a good way), but for the price of 5 hours ticket would be absolutely fine even without a snack. Also it was a pleasure to receive a small cosmetics gift from the terme by the end of the stay. From minuses - too many couples behaving inappropriate in public spaces and forgetting that spa/terme is not their own bedroom.
Marcus Papandrea: I went for a 25 minute couples massage. While the ambience was nice, I did not feel very welcomed. There were many people and it felt like we were being pushed through for our massage on an assembly line. We started five minutes late and they did not make up the time. Also, they did not know how to use a samovar properly for the tea in the waiting room. The massage started well but it did not go as deep enough to relax my body (just the skin). All in all, not worth the money

Steliana Pistritu: I was visiting my sister in Torino and we decide for my last day to visit again this place, because I have been there 3 years ago and I really like it. This time it was a completely different experience… no star can be given… DISGUSTING !!! No any value for money… we have been given some very old and worn robes( far too big for us) and towels the same, all pools full of young people that they believe it is place for them to give pleasure to each other(at least it looks like..) and the food is not anymore diverse and nicely arranged on display… there is a Q you have to make at the bar, where they give you a tray with some 1 mini”pizza” (just some ketchup on the top), 2 pieces of cheese, some no taste at all prunes and 3 olives… per person… I wilL NEVER GO AGAIN!

I was in QC Torino a lot of time some years ago for the aperiterme (entrance after 17), but last time in December 2022 I was disappointed with the cleaner and the aperitivo. In the pas was always a fantastic buffet with many choices, and I always preferred the variety of fruits and salads. This year O was surprised first to book a time and second they gave me a tray with chips, some salame, small pizzas and 6 grapes. No vegetables or fruit. If I come to a Spa or terme I was expecting for something to eat more healthy. The price is much higher to without value for the service.

I got the ‘25 min massage’ which was indeed more like 20mins, and when I asked for more pressure, I was told it was a relaxing massage, not an energizing one. Okay. It was about as deep as a sweeping hand across your back. For about 45eur it was definitely not worth it. The apperativo was nice. And outdoor pools too. But I dont think Ill be back.

Inside there is a swimming pool with hydromassage and water jets for the neck, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a small Kneipp path. The very kind Rosanna at the entrance provided us with a towel and bathrobe, as well as small single doses of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body cream, as well as samples of face products, as well as an additional hairdryer compared to the one in the locker room. To welcome me I found Rosanna, prepared and available who gave us bathrobes, towels, single-dose products for skincare and personal hygiene produced by Alkemy. The path winded through a swimming pool with hydromassage and water jets for the neck, emotional showers, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a small Kneipp path. Pleasant experience for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Turin!
Giorgio Barberis: The spa is not very large but it is very elegant, the swimming pool with whirlpools, excellent Turkish bath and sauna are beautiful.
