Koelliker Hospital and Nursing Home: what do users think?
A. G.
A. G.: Went for a blood and urine routine tests. Hygiene, timing, professionalism and price. I could have not asked for more. You can’t even dream about these standards in the UK! Very, very well done. Totally worth the cost and pain of the return flight!
Marco
Marco: Apart from the counter clerk texting on his cell phone, everything is fine. I had an MRI done and the technicians were kind and professional. Clean, tidy, not chaotic at all.
Response: Dear Marco. We are delighted to have met your needs. Best regards.
Christian Chiambalero
Christian Chiambalero: EXCELLENT BUT ........ Structure of excellence deserves 5 stars for professionalism and courtesy of all operators. A flaw is the SSN reservation of some specialties. For example, Ophthalmology online does not give results, at the counter they say that they will open reservations but they do not know when and invite you to call (sic). The telephone line, however, is permanently blocked and automatically drops the call after a few minutes. Too bad but it is a slip of the image that this structure does not deserve.
Response: Hello Mr. Chiambalero, we are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the telephone booking, the hospital is constantly trying to improve the service. Sincerely, Koelliker Hospital
Andrea Catanzaro
Andrea Catanzaro: Never seen such a thing. I have to perform an argon laser on the eye. Specialist visit: after acceptance, I am sent to an ophthalmologist and I am told to sit there. I sit down, almost an hour passes and I see that I am not called. So I probably ask an orthoptist who passes by as possible and tells me that he had not seen me and that he had forgotten ... And okay it can happen. Laser day: I arrive half an hour earlier, check in and am sent to the third floor. Well, booking time 1.30 pm after a laser problem (yag laser not mine) I was abandoned for more than an hour in the waiting room. At my request they were surprised and I realized that I had been completely forgotten…. Congratulations on the great communication skills and internal organization that you have shown 2 times out of 2.
A V
A V: Private hospital. Worse than an Italian public hospital. Waiting times at the various acceptances, biblical (many counters but alas few active) private medical examination of 10 min (private !!!). Nr. 5 days to report a plate worth € 45.00. Nothing went ok. To avoid !!! Clinic and doctor change. Caution
Gabriele Scotto
Gabriele Scotto: My grandfather was operated on for a cataract and had a great time! The doctors and nurses were all warm and kind and did not hesitate to help him. Excellent service from the preparatory visit to the post-operation. P. S. It goes without saying that he did not feel the slightest pain, not even after the operation 💪🏼
Response: Dear Gabriele Scotto. We are delighted to have met your needs. Best regards.
Francesca Sacco
Francesca Sacco: RADIOLOGY Nothing to say about the structure, very clean and efficient. However, the personal experience with the magnetic resonance officer on 04/10/2022 at 13:15 was very bad and, despite my pathologies, he did not hesitate to drive me out and suspend the magnetic resonance imaging (besides all for a fee). I hope that decisive subjects without any patience and approach to the public (patients) will find another job and perhaps not in contact with the public.
Marcello Puntillo
Marcello Puntillo: I can not believe it! I wrote an email on 15/09/2022 at about 6.50 am to book an echocardiography for my mother with the NHS service for 3/10/2022 having seen that this date from the Application was available. TODAY 20/09/2002 the koelliker calls me and tells me that he has booked the exam for the day 18/11 2022. Now I wonder how is all this possible? The employee tells me there have been 500 calls by that date. WILL IT BE TRUE ....?
Response: Hello Mr. Puntillo, we are sorry about what happened, but our dedicated booking staff is constantly committed to meeting the needs of patients. The high number of telephone bookings may have occupied the seat previously seen on the Booking APP. Sincerely, Koelliker Hospital

Mauriziano Umberto Hospital: what do users think?
Mary Iskor
Mary Iskor: I would like to share my experience of visiting gynaecological department on second floor. So i came there this Thursday on almost 5 week pregnancy with a small pain and very light allocation. The doctor and nurse and I think an intern was doing me screening about 15 minutes and kept doing it after I started to complain that they doing it painful. Before the checks I explained the docctoressa that i have cervical dysplasia and they have to be careful. They just sad “Relax, we didn’t finish” they saw already a baby and everything was okay, but after that super hard check I lost it in the night. So next day after emergency car, they took my blood test and made me sit in the room before the delivery department for two hours and don’t let me to go. I heard all screaming of kids and watching them when they brought them to feed or check. I think this is not correct to behave like this, to keep making the screening if the patient is complaining on pain. And not ok to make sit and watch the babies person who just lost her own baby for 2! hours. You need to change and reconsider it. Cause for now, it’s pity to admit, but your service is not about keeping life it’s about killing💔🤦🏼‍♀️
Omar Moling
Omar Moling: Large hospital, each department focuses on itself, the patient is not placed at the center of the treatments. If that would happen, the hospital would turn around and be very effective.
Mohamed Sowwan
Mohamed Sowwan: You must wait 5 to 6 hours
Luigi Esposito
Luigi Esposito: ok

lucia galgesso: ok
Mohammad Modarres
Mohammad Modarres: a big hospital. very crowded. people wait in emergency section more than few hours

Sergio Lorenzatti
Sergio Lorenzatti: Great👍👍👍👍
Vito Alberto Rosa
Vito Alberto Rosa: I was hospitalized in the orthopedics ward in May for a hip replacement. I must confess, that before admission, I was in a strong state of anxiety. Partly due to the interior but mostly due to my claustrophobia problem. But luckily for me, I found a fantastic environment. I found a lot of professionalism and a lot of humanity. In fact, I was assisted very well both for the surgery and for my claustrophobic problems. I want to thank: Dr. Deaf from the excellent work done. The head nurse Mr. Luigina for her professionalism, patience and humanity And all the staff (without exception!) For their professionalism, patience and sympathy (a smile can go a long way) I wrote this review after 3 months from the surgery to give a more complete judgment on its success (after having also finished physiotherapy) And my rating is EXCELLENT
Patrizia Bosso
Patrizia Bosso: I was hospitalized in October 2022 for cardiac surgery. I was treated by very professional, empathetic, helpful staff: doctors, anesthetists, nurses, physiotherapists, obs. Available at all times, always with a smile and a kind word, even when I saw them tired and out of breath. Special thanks to Dr. Comoglio and the team that operated on me. From when I visited the doctor until I was operated on, a short time has passed and she has taken care of all the procedures. Very organized. I would like to publicly thank all the staff in cardiac surgery and in the hemodynamics and rehabilitation department.
Response: Dear Patrizia, we thank you very much for your beautiful words and for sharing your experience, we are very pleased. Thanks for writing to us and have a nice day
Ivan Caliandro
Ivan Caliandro: I have known this great clinic for over 30 years and I really think it is the best hospital in the area. I was hospitalized for kidney stones last May and for the removal of the ureteral stent in June and as usual I was fine. A huge thank you goes to Professor Muto and to all the medical team with whom he collaborates. The urology department is located on the third floor, the telephone operators Tim and Fastweb are also good on the ward, the staff is really nice. Good continuation, Ivan Caliandro
Response: Dear Ivan, we thank you very much for your beautiful words and for sharing your experience, we are very pleased.
Gianna Gastaldo
Gianna Gastaldo: A heartfelt thanks to Doctor Chiara Comoglio and Doctor Paolo Sorrentino who solved my problem with a plastic surgery on the mitral valve in December 2015. Nursing staff trained, attentive and kind. Well-kept and welcoming structure, a more than positive experience to be highly recommended.
Ernesto Muscio
Ernesto Muscio: I thank everyone, from the entrance of the structure onwards for their professionalism, kindness and ability to make you feel pampered and reassured in every day of my hospitalization, I underwent surgery on 7/11/22 with a hip prosthesis, I was super terrified, but with their warmth they made me the bad situation I was living less traumatic. Thank you from ❤️❤️❤️ you are special, also thank the doctor BELLOMO WHO FOLLOWED ME HAS 360 DEGREES THANK YOU THANK YOU ALWAYS KEEP IT UP LIKE THIS. ERNESTO MUSCIO
Response: Dear Ernesto, thank you very much for your beautiful words and for sharing your experience, we are very pleased. Thank you for writing us
Francesca Saggion
Francesca Saggion: I was in this facility for cholecystectomy surgery. I thank the surgery department of Dr. Alberto Tapparo and his team; Dr. Valentina Guglielmino whom I thank very much for the professionalism and kindness in assisting me together with the whole department ..
Response: Dear Francesca, thank you very much for your kind words and for sharing your experience, we are very pleased. Thank you for writing us
Pietro P
Pietro P: Hospitalization following a misfortune, unfortunately only one star due to your super rude nurse, with a strong smell of alcohol on him, who treats patients as if they were pain in the ass…. arrived in your structure for pleasure!
Response: Dear Pietro, we have read your report and we would like to deepen what you reported. In order to be able to check with the hospital management of the structure, we invite you to write to us using the URP form which you can find at the following link> https://www.gvmnet.it/urp/urp/maria-pia-hospital your details ( name, surname, telephone number) and the reasons for the disservice found. Maria Vittoria Hospital: what do users think?
Konstantina Lepinioti
Konstantina Lepinioti: On 1/10/2021 I was hit by a car and taken to the Maria Vittoria Hospital. At a super busy time, with many patients at the corridors of the hospital, from the moment the ambulance arrived, in no time, to the moment I left the hospital all the staff were amazing. Apart from their professionalism what I remember the most was their kindness and understanding that I was scared and taking the time to speak to me and comfort me, bear in mind my Italian is less than basic. From the bottom of my heart a big thank you to all of them, best hospital and team ever.
smart Ogoegbulem
smart Ogoegbulem: I speak base on the experience of my wife!!! And also what I witnessed... I believe, perfectly well, that in this hospital, they have good doctors and well trained nurses compared to other hospitals I have visited in Torino.!!!! This doctors n nurses working in this hospital understand the meaning of the oath they took.. I recommend this hospital for all pregnant women. Thanks to those working there...... This was my post 8month ago!! But I was sick on Monday 2021 December 27. I was abandoned for 5 hours o treatment, even when I came with am ambulance 🚑 from 1 to 4 no doctors came to check on me... but one day... Italy 🇮🇹 is not a home for the black people. I now hate Italy more with passion. Their heath sector is death 💀 half of the doctors are supposed to be working in Frabrica
Tobias Wahl
Tobias Wahl: Unbelievable. My wife went to this hospital with a hyperglycemia having acute symptoms (vomiting, dizziness and diarrhea) and wasn’t taken seriously. After a brief encounter with one of the nurses she was immediately sent to the Covid-19 section. After having spent 5 hours in a room full of infected people she finally got to see a doctor (after measuring her glucose level by herself, which at this point was dangerously low and showing to one of the nurses) who then took a Covid-19 test, which was obviously negative. After being sent to another department where she waited another 3 hours without any test/diagnosis/information she went home, self-medicating and finding some private doctor. It is hard to describe this level of incompetence as this is not a first world country standard, but for sure I advise anyone to think twice before going to this hospital. Unless a good treatment you are likely to catch corona there….
Andrew
Andrew: Not up to UK standards. Insufficient communication of vital information is a serious problem here. Other issues: eg they could not supply an extra litre of drinking water a day even after a Dr said I needed it. Some staff have no patience when talking to foreigners.
John Georgiades
John Georgiades: We lost grandpa, where is he?
Alessio La Tona
Alessio La Tona: Nice
Gelevjana Hysaj
Gelevjana Hysaj: I must say that the first to the last of the personal work are just wonderful. I chose to give birth there, well I must say it was the right choice. I thank the Canesi doctor and Federica who stayed with me. He apologized for not giving all the names. And I thank the pediatricians who were wonderful. A hug to everyone from little Francesco Ludovik and Gelevjana
Caterina Ditalia
Caterina Ditalia: Last night I took my son to the emergency room, green code, we stayed there for 8 and a half hours, surely there were emergencies, and it is right that they have passed before, God forbid! But the thing that catches the eye is the indifference with which one is treated, the total lack of humanity, not by everyone, but the majority. Nurses talking and literally making their own cabbages while outside waiting hours! An elderly lady, alone had to go to the bathroom, I asked several nurses to accompany her several times, but they did a barrel discharge, only after more than an hour the lady was accompanied to the services. The behavior of some of them is really SHAME, lack of professionalism and kindness. I wonder, if in our place, there had been a relative of theirs, if they had had the same attitude.

Marcello Mastroleo
Marcello Mastroleo: With this review I would like to express my best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the "Day Surgery" department and especially to Dr. Ilario Mazzetto because: I was operated on for inguinal hernia with the "laparoscopic" technique on November 24th with general anesthesia. It was not difficult to immediately notice the kindness out of the ordinary of the medical and nursing staff and Dr. Mazzetto gave his best in his work, intervening immediately via e-mail and/or personally. Heartfelt thanks and best wishes. Always stay like this and thank you very much!
Walter Grigoletto
Walter Grigoletto: Operated on December 1 for prostatic hypertrophy and stones I want to thank all the nursing and non-day surgery staff, I found a truly unexpected efficiency, courtesy and competence, I also thank the doctors in particular Dr. Rossano Leggero always present, and a special mention to the assistants in the operating room, an attention a word of comfort in those moments are really a lot of stuff. Finally, I thank the emergency room staff, times are a bit long but I think this cannot be avoided, however courtesy and professionalism that I have found here are not always taken for granted
Gianpiero Turrisi
Gianpiero Turrisi: The pediatrician department is in my opinion an excellence. Doctors and nurses who are not only competent and very scrupulous but also human in understanding how to reassure children during visits. Department revised with a view to making the hospitalization of children less problematic thanks to the thousand colors and cartoon-themed furnishings. Bed also available for the parent who has to stay and is not cheap ... Thank you very much !!!
Nicoletta Mancino
Nicoletta Mancino: Department of gynecology and obstetrics always at the top 🤩 I gave birth to my second child 15 days ago and just like 5 years ago I found myself well! I had two different experiences (caesarean section and vaginal birth) and in both cases I was supported in the best way both on a human and medical level! The staff, starting from the obstetricians and gynecologists in the delivery room, to the nurses in the ward and the pediatricians in the nursery are very professional, I highly recommend it!
Francesco “FranCiccio88” Mazzara
Francesco “FranCiccio88” Mazzara: I needed to go to the hospital when I experienced severe chest pain, luckily nothing serious. Very kind triage staff immediately ready for clarification. Very smart doctors who are also very kind and prepared. I was treated very well were it not for the long seven hours of waiting.
Laura Torsello
Laura Torsello: The pediatric ward is by far the best in Turin. Whenever my puppies are in need, I always experience great service. Prepared staff, always very attentive to the patient and gifted with tact. Congratulations indeed for your excellent work. Thank you

Lory '79
Lory '79: My 11 year old daughter had an allergy visit with related tests. I had the honor of meeting Dr. Tiziana Brienza, a wonderful person who puts children but also parents at ease. And then Chicca did the tests, what can I say, wonderful! Thank you so much. Even if you are far away and finding a place is a nightmare, I will gladly come back for follow-up visits.
Gianna Sami
Gianna Sami: Bad experience in ps, after 12 hours of waiting the child was only seen by the triagist now we are going to another ps. I hope nothing happens to the little one. SHAME UNWORTHY MANAGEMENT OF A CIVILIZED COUNTRY
Mauro Sordello
Mauro Sordello: National excellence pediatric hospital. Of course very big ... there is to get lost. On average, doctors are very good, competent and patient, but it depends on the people! Difficult to find parking, especially in the morning because there are many exams that are not done in the afternoon. Nice gathering of Santa Claus in December outside the hospital
A. H.
A. H.: Luckily it was the flagship of Turin, waited from 15:00 to 23:00 without dedicating even 10 min, people positive for covid who waited together with the negatives, if I took a plane ticket to China and saw the first doctor I was before. Update on 12/24/2022, I was hoping that in the meantime things had improved, my daughter had horse fever but their ear thermometers showed at least 1 degree less than mine, she had a fever of 39.9 but theirs was 38.4, I get give the Tachipirina insisting, in the end I go to the Martini 39.7, not only do they not visit you but they are also badly equipped, and luckily they are calibrated by the technicians as the nurse said !!!! To never again !!!!
Franca Gemini
Franca Gemini: One star because incompetent nurses and staff even if available. Really badly organised: it is not possible that a blue/d/yellow/camel path brings together all the different clinics. Although we arrived well in advance we managed to arrive half an hour late due to problems with paying at the machines (which is absolutely not suitable for an older group) and with unnecessary trips to find the clinic. Evidently everyone will already have their heads on vacation!!

Clinic Saint Caterina da Siena: what do users think?
Silvia Q
Silvia Q: The employees of the acceptance of the 1st floor welcome in an arrogant and unprofessional way. They also refuse to solve problems related to a booking with insurance that they say is non-existent when in reality at the entrance (ground floor) my name appears in the list of their patients with the relevant timetable. The reception is a business card, more professionalism is needed. From experience I recommend another structure.
Response: Dear Silvia, thank you for the report that we have forwarded to the Hospital Management.
Diana Translations
Diana Translations: It is the first time that at the moment of paying they tell me that "they make two invoices", one is for the medical examination (paid 152 despite the price 150 max), but then the invoice of 30 euros x " the use of the structure ", but what use ????? Climbing the stairs and passing through a corridor? Use of the lift ????? Without words
adriano borrelli
adriano borrelli: Excellent clinic all kind I had an inguinal hernia surgery today with Dr. Enrico Stefano and his collaborator Dr. Canavesio Nicola very professional and attentive people on everything with explanations on the problem thanks to all the staff.
Response: Dear Adriano, we thank you very much for your beautiful words and for sharing your experience, we are very pleased.
Patrizia Stuerdo
Patrizia Stuerdo: I had a gastroenterological visit today, I found myself very well, the clinic was beautiful, friendly staff, moderate price, if I still need it I will come back even though I live outside Turin
Response: Dear Patrizia, we thank you very much for your kind words and for sharing your experience, we are very pleased. Thanks for writing to us and have a nice day
miriam cericola
miriam cericola: The review does not refer to the services provided but to the prohibited access to the folding bike both inside the structure and in the relevant external areas, as communicated to me by the triage staff mentioning directives from the management (folded has such dimensions as to be regularly carried on the buses and GTT tram). In via Colombini in front of the entrance and in via Vanvitelli there are no stalls where you can safely leave your bikes and I therefore had to cancel the appointment. I hope in the near future the clinic will equip itself to allow users to reach it also by bike / scooter, the space required for the (momentary) custody is not large.

MOHAMMED MUSHTAQ: Sitting here in emergency room from past 2 hours, they say to wait till your number called by doctor. Very poor service. If medical treatment in emergency room takes this much time then you can imagine how good they work.

Franco Allais: Through Doctor Oliva Cristiano we learned about Doctor Enrico Panuccio, excellent Doctor who followed my wife Mussino Bruna with great professionalism, availability, courtesy and kindness. Later, again with Doctor Oliva Cristiano, we learned about the Oncology Department of the Director Dr. Comandone, in addition to the innate kindness and professionalism of Doctor Oliva whom we thank, we must thank everyone in the department, from the Doctors, Nurses and Staff for the their courtesy, kindness and patience. Congratulations on the cleaning in general in the department, excellent impression and certainly to be recommended.
Massimiliano Lipani
Massimiliano Lipani: Five full stars for the neurosurgery ward for everyone, the staff of doctors, nurses and oss who give everything to make the ward work perfectly. My personal experience lasted three months in this department was excellent both professionally and humanly there are no words to describe a department that looks like a private clinic !!!!! All this is demolished in a flash and here I give zero stars to the hospital management without delay and I turn to those who have the power to close a department like this, incorporating it with the neurology department where it goes to create confusion lack of beds and bad mood of staff and patients. All this due to a lack of staff when a lot of money is wasted on useless things and not invested in things that work. I sincerely hope that those in charge will realize this and reactivate the department which in my opinion is the flagship of Giovanni Bosco.
Rita Smeralda
Rita Smeralda: Today 10 September 2022 after many days of asymptomatic fever that forced me to return early from vacation, I preferred to contact the hospital of San Giovanni Bosco in Turin which in about three hours, after all the tests, the cause of the my discomfort. Thanks to doctors and nurses for their professionalism and above all humanity. My husband was already treated in the same facility in April and even in his case the problem was solved and the medical staff showed great professionalism
Antonella Bonvicino
Antonella Bonvicino: I attended the Don Bosco hospital exclusively for the anticovidial vaccination for allergic and non-allergic people and I must say that it is well organized. Clean toilet. Outside there is a kiosk - bar well stocked and a very useful taxi area.
betty massa
betty massa: I did not know this hospital and my fears were many. But I can only "spend" positive words for the nursing staff and above all for the professionalism and kindness of the doctors who followed me, Dr. Camanni, Dr. Delpiano and Dr. Panuccio. Thank you

Barbara Di Riscio
Barbara Di Riscio: This hospital is the worst I’ve ever been, if you can make a choice don’t go here! There is some doctors who don’t know how to treat humans and it’s actually their job, plus makes you wait minimum 8 hours for... nothing. And they prioritize old people (who use the hospital many times per years) and we, young adults when we go to hospital is because we are feeling really bad and they don’t care. HORRIBLE PLACE
Jakub Gadomski
Jakub Gadomski: ER works really well there!
Feka Augustine
Feka Augustine: Very comfortable place
Elena Ferrero Merlino
Elena Ferrero Merlino: Knee surgery mom: Impeccable service ... until discharge. Attentive doctors, nurses and entertaining staff, human and able to better manage even the psychological aspects. But how do you discharge a person on a Saturday without prescriptions to take useful drugs from the day after, that is Sunday? I had to spend hours on the phone and then physically on medical to resolve the situation
Giulia Dark
Giulia Dark: Operated on 24 October by Doctor Silvio Manfredi, he is unique and very good! The hospitalization went well even the nurses and the oss were excellent in comforting me What is left to be desired and the secretary after the inconvenience of my false positive swab I had to fight to get a date back to be operated as I was in danger! For the rest, I had a great personal experience with Dr. Manfredi
Maria Tiranno
Maria Tiranno: Arrived at 12 after half an hour of waiting, accepted after which they say to wait in the waiting room which is detached from the ready. A dirty waiting room with bags and a patch on the seat that surely belongs to some homeless person for the night. The bathroom adjacent to the waiting room is very dirty, all wet on the floor and smelly. After more than an hour and a half, I ask in reception how long he still has to wait and they say about two / three people still waiting. I remember that my husband is diabetic in addition to 100% disability they call him but I (wife) have to wait outside so in the meantime several ambulances arrive, plus there are many people waiting and my husband is still waiting to be examined on a stretcher at the bottom ...

Letizia Ferrero
Letizia Ferrero: I could not have wished for a better experience than the one I experienced for the birth of my two twins. Special thanks to Doctor Roberto Scali for the professionalism and care with which he followed me for 9 months and for giving birth to my children with an emergency caesarean. The organization of ward 1B, where I was hospitalized for 1 week, is impeccable. Every single member of the team works with extreme commitment and reassuring you by taking care of you and the children. I also thank all the staff of the nursery, managed with extreme care and passion.
Angelina Vovchuk
Angelina Vovchuk: Happened there for pains in the lower abdomen on the right (it looked like an ovary) and white discharge from the right breast, I state that I have not breasted for about 7 months so I was very alarmed. The doctor (gynecologist I presume) treated me immediately with a lot of superficiality and rudeness making me feel very uncomfortable saying that it is nothing and everything is normal. He misspelled my symptoms referred to example: no breast discharge WHEN I HAD THEM. The rest of the department seemed very professional to me.
Sabrina Foti
Sabrina Foti: Nn comment ongology department treated like crap abandoned by the doctors and nurses. Treated well by helpful dietitians and kind social worker very good
Beatrice Ferreri
Beatrice Ferreri: I state that I was followed up for pregnancy and my experience was all in all positive, considering that, being a veterinarian, I know enough medical terms and procedures ... because explanations or help from the zero person ... No communication with the family, summary care and indecently grumpy and unhelpful staff. My mom is a cancer patient, she treats in the worst way. The doctors????? These strangers .... to be able to talk to each other .... a miracle. Absolutely to be avoided except for pregnancies, closing your mouth and tying your hands so as not to put them on the staff ....
claudia modica
claudia modica: For the second time, I was referred to this ward for further diagnostics during pregnancy. In both times and after years of each other, I had the unpleasant experience of meeting unfriendly medical staff, not at all empathetic and with an insensitive and snooty approach to the patient. I am sure that you cannot do everything "a bundle" but some doctors should review the good practice of hospitality, active listening and above all good manners. Never again.....

Roman Mubarakshin: First visit ( with ambulance ) was great, they applied plaster on my broken arm rather quickly. However, the experience of follow up visits is still going on and exposes all flaws within internal organisation. Horrible!

Iulia maricela: The way neurosurgery reservations are handled leaves much to be desired, I had to wait 2h because the gentleman had booked me 2 visits unlike 2h instead of 1h the gentleman must be a little more respectful and be more careful when booking visits. For the staff, here I am referring to the doctors, I can say that they deserve the 5 stars ✨ I had a good time, you can see that they are well prepared. Thank you for everything you have done for me ❤️ 🙏 lord bless you
E T
E T: It is the second time that I unfortunately find myself forced to have to go to the emergency room of the CTO of Turin in a few months and for the second time I find a nurse named Danilo on duty with a disarming rudeness and boorishness, I was waiting for three about hours at the PS (both times) and has argued with practically everyone ... He treats people like rags. You need to remember that your salary comes from our taxes. And that if a person goes to the hospital it is for treatment, certainly not for fun. Biogn would have a little more respect for people and love for their work dear Danilo.

BeLLa Bimba BeLLA
BeLLa Bimba BeLLA: The best place to find the ultimate gynecologist. The doctors are super wonderful, blessed with wisdom to save patients.I recommend it for all women.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 They are very punctual and reliable.🎅🌲
Elisa Virone
Elisa Virone: I found myself really well. Excellent support from both the midwives and the Doctor who followed me. I was hospitalized for 8 days, they always welcomed me with smiles and kindness for any request. The only flaw, after the caesarean section it would be necessary to have family support .. because of the covid this was not possible and I found this aspect very difficult.
Sara Defrancesco
Sara Defrancesco: I put a star because it is not possible to put zero. In the emergency room I found an incompetent young doctor who was unable to diagnose a disease visible to the naked eye. Strongly not recommended.
Elena Ponzo
Elena Ponzo: Born in July 40 degrees in the room Lack of water to drink even paying for it They only gave half a liter of water to the meal and hot too Ridiculous portions of eating Annoyed midwives especially in the delivery room I only thank a midwife who stood out, namely Anna For the rest rejected
Cinzia Lo Re
Cinzia Lo Re: I have been waiting for two hours I have brought my niece who has problems first aid bad for hours of waiting I understand problems of covid lack of staff because it is August but this is too much
GIO M.
GIO M.: My name is Giorgia, On 03/26/2019 I was admitted to the structure of the birth center of the Sant’anna hospital in Turin. I particularly want to demonstrate my satisfaction through this review on the service and professionalism offered to me by the structure and by the obstetric and hospital staff who assisted me during the pregnancy, the day of delivery and the following ones. During the gestation process I was followed by the midwives of the Birth Center who were able, in addition to professionally assisting me as far as they were concerned, also to support me morally and psychologically in those moments for me new and to let me face the path in serenity dedicating myself all the time necessary. During labor I was supported by telephone and was able to spend labor in the home. For the duration of the birth, they succeeded in infusing me with serenity and confidence. A big compliment also nursing staff who do their job with skill, competence but above all passion.
