Honestly, it's not a low-cost shop as self-proclaimed, but the prices varies depending on what you are looking for. Quite decent. Professional staff too. Recommended!

Response: Good morning Nicola. On Sundays the shop is open from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. So the times are correct. Probably passed at lunch time, or it became confused with the Taffie XL grooming at number 52. The Pet Shop XL is at number 56 inside the courtyard and is always open on Sundays.

Simonetta Buzzi: I bought an Elizabethan collar for my newly sterilized kitten at Vivarium, a pet shop in Turin - Via Duchessa Jolanda, 5. I state that I am not very prepared in this regard as it is the first time that I have cats and that I happen to have them sterilized. I had initially bought a transparent plastic collar in a store near my home but, thinking I would like the kitten, I wanted to look for one that was less uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the new and expensive collar (25 euros) turned out to be too big, too rigid, probably more suitable for a puppy than a kitten and probably too dark (black) to feel comfortable. In short, there was no way to make her wear it so much that I had to put the dear and good old plastic collar back on. Now, it is true that I was unable to return to the shop within the week of purchase (made on Saturday 23/11 - and among other things, I am not even sure that it is correct as a deadline for a return). It is true that I did not call and it is also true that I showed up today Monday 02/12 (therefore 1 working day after the end of the week). But it is also true that I returned the collar complete with label, cellophane and receipt and that, among other things, I possibly asked for a change of goods and certainly not a refund of the money. Well, there was no way. The owner did not want to hear reasons nor agreed to come and meet me. So be careful: obviously I will not go back to your purchases, the expiry date of the returns and also the shops you choose.
S DL: I took my rough-haired Jack Russel to do the stripping .. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! I changed "hairdresser" to find one closer to home. He had very long hair (in winter I don't want to run after him to put the coat on and I leave it long .....) Ergo the work was very demanding ... Balu 'has delicate skin and yet zero redness. In short, nothing to envy to very famous groomers in the city center where we have been in the past !!! Work done with precision and professionalism and very kind staff. Balù thanks

I took my kitten to be sheared and she scarred her all, the fact is that the vet had to give her a strong antibiotic for the wounds caused, ugly and serous!!!! competence in my house is another ... I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy !!
