La Torinese 1932: what do users think?

Giovanni Marturano: emporio di dolciumi devo dire che sotto Natale e Pasqua è meravigliosamente addobbato e attraente, nel resto del periodo si possono acquistare a prezzi bassi altri dolciumi vari. confectionery emporium I must say that under Christmas and Easter is wonderfully decorated and attractive, in the rest of the period you can buy other sweets at low prices. cofetărie emporiu Trebuie sa spun ca sub Craciun si Paste este minunat decorat si atractiv, in restul perioadei poti cumpara alte dulciuri la preturi mici.

David sound: Low quality, no a real Torino pasticceria

Massimo Badolisani: Nice

Mauro Favitante: No comment

Roberto Degni: Normally in a company store you should find a bit of everything here many empty shelves, except panettone that I don't care whose costs are in line with the exteriors apart from those let's say not perfect that have a fairly acceptable price but there is nothing else. ..do I have to buy Cova croissants (milan)? moreover taken but identical to those of the white mill or trunks that you find at the coop, I would have expected much more, I passed in front of it and I stopped if I have to go specifically, no, thanks.

Agnese Moreni: The products are excellent and of great quality, unfortunately the customer service needs to be reviewed. I bought a number of products, once I got home I realized there was an error on the receipt, which is completely understandable considering the intense workload due to the Christmas period. Unfortunately, only the day after the purchase, I was able to go back to report the error and request a refund for the product that had been marked but which I had never actually purchased. Here I found a rude and dubious attitude, I certainly don't intend to steal a box of chocolates but I would like to be reimbursed for a mistake not mine. After several insistence and even having to signal that they could possibly check the cameras to verify my good faith, I was told that they would put up a sign to signal that no refunds were made if the receipt was not checked before leaving the shop . It is a pity to reserve such a rude attitude for customers, I can understand the loss of bureaucratic time for the correction or cancellation of any receipt but I do not find it acceptable that a customer is treated with such sufficiency. I will never go back to this shop, a purchase does not start only from the products but also from how you approach the customer and from the service that is offered in case of any problems.

salvatore ferlito: The company was purchased but still produces only panettone in Turin. Also on sale are biscuits, bread, pasta, snacks, sparkling wine and more. Panettone is also on sale, perhaps not in good shape but as good as the others and at a good price.
Response: Thanks a lot Salvatore!

Fio Bert: For many years I have been buying sweets for the Christmas and Easter holidays in this shop which is adjacent to the factory. The prices are average (low if you buy sweets that have some defects but are of good quality) and the quality is good.
Response: A thousand thanks!

Antonio Lofino: Quality products, homemade panettone and pandoro, those that are not perfect sold at a low price, beautiful boxes of sweets, krumiri, chocolates............... In short, a shop where you can get lost in the sweetness and beyond.

daichi ten judo: Damn if you can buy 10 panettone (small one as a child) for 5 euros !!! There is little to say, even if they are 2 'choice because crooked or with little icing they were very good! A bag of rusks 1.80 !! Optimal. Recommended.

Massimo Badolisani: Top

MARCELLO: Excellent panettone. They are not handcrafted as you might find in pastry shops but they are very good. They have an industrial production. Various types from the classic berries to the grappa one. In cellophane or with more refined packaging. In the central counter you can find malformed panettone (panettoni that do not respect some rules of shape) for which they are sold at a discount.

maurizio vitale: The variety of products offered to the public is certainly interesting, the commercial reception..., with the exception of the intervention of a very courteous salesman dedicated to the counter, a little less so. The request for commercial information was answered by the service manager who did not have time and directed us to the website as well as instructing us to send an email to request details. I believe that a new and potentially interesting client needs to be listened to.

simona perego: Family confectionery company, they pack excellent products from panettone, doves, biscuits and all kinds of delicacies. I bought some beautiful Christmas baskets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Compliments

Desiree Bodino: Every year I take 50/60 panettone, excellent quality, but from the office they don't take orders for customers without a VAT number .... I thank the girls in the shop, who try to please me. Recommended for very good products.

Bruns Bruns: Visit 12/20/222 Prices that have grown too much, the price labels on malformed items are missing, things can also be said without arrogance at the checkout. You have lost a loyal and over ten-year-old customer.

Antonio D'Oronzo: What can I say ... delicious panettone

Barbara F.: I bought a pack of torcettini, they smell horrible. But isn't there a check before the product goes on sale?

giovanni tagliente: Always fabulous products of superior quality panettone a very light dough that never weighs down in fact one slice leads to another

Antonella Tolomello: I bought panettone with berries, last year I found it very good, this year instead of berries there was jam puree 👎👎 disappointed

Pasticceria Ghigo since 1870: what do users think?

Kinga Byrska: Delicious coffee and sweets. Staff is professional and place as a historic cafe has a nice vibe and atmosphere.

M (Honest reviewer): Here you can find very good pastries. Even though located in one of the most touristic areas of Turin, you will see a lot of locals in this place. The shop itself is high end and not cheap. However, sweets a great! We had a very nice breakfast here. Taste the cream!

Esther Rosalen: Good service, nice coffee at a very touristy location. I had the traditional Nuvola, a Christmas special, and loved it! Prices are equivalent to a touristic and famous place, but worth the stop.

Ulisse Portigliotti Quintieri: Extremely priced for what we have received. Furthermore, we have been offered a small piece of chocolate that has been surprisingly charged later on. Last, after only one minute we were seating at the table the waiter gave us the bill as for asking us to leave (looking quite bad considering the place was not busy at all).

Mike Tommasi: Good pastries, but the big deal here is the meringues. When you order one, they make the whipped cream right then and there, slather a meringue with it, and cover it with another meringue. Heaven.

Sander Tini: The best gelato i have tested. Very good cakes too!!

Stefano Cipriani: Nice place and good delicious Pasticceria but unfortunatly the boss have too smell under the nouse

Martyna Kmiecik: Good, but quite expensive if you don’t take it to go.

Anthony Ricter: Recommended especially for breakfast and for Xmas "Nuvole"! ;)

Enrico Mangosio: Cappuccino e brioches ...Wonderful breakfast !

Galup Store Torino: what do users think?

Nicola Buccarano: The product itself is very, very good. The somewhat less grumpy and arrogant saleswoman makes you want to go shopping. If you don't love your job, please change it. The review is for the Store, not for the product itself, and the Store was 1, actually 0.

Olivia ETERNO: The products are good but I don't like the packaging this year, it will also be a celebration but it is uncomfortable to carry, I like the paper packaging better, very elegant, practical to handle and also with less waste of cardboard, sorry but I had to tell you

roberto frattini: GALUP - A SWEET TURIN HISTORY Raise your hand if you don't know this company, a symbol of Savoyard confectionery history. On the occasion of Christmas, the search for the most captivating Panettone with the best value for money, this year led me to Galup, and his dessert in collaboration with Starred Chef Davide Oldani. The store, pet friendly, although small, is a riot of colors expertly furnished, and with a variety of products ranging from panettone to baci di dama. The staff are really friendly and made us feel at ease right away. I choose the “Pop Classic” Panettone with candied rice (25 €) and the baci di dama with chocolate and rum from the roero (7 €). P.S. After the holidays, I can only be happy with my choice, an excellent, soft panettone, with a wonderful texture and the addition of candied rice has given it that unique crunchiness. I will definitely try some other product, really promoted for the moment

maria: Captivating colorful shop that reflects the Christmas spirit, vast assortment of sweets of all kinds for young and old. Galup almond panettone is ideal for making everyone happy

luigi collazzo: I rediscovered the Galup panettone after many years...amazing. very high quality and very good product.

Paolo Urbinati: I have known Galup products for many years. This year I tasted the Wholemeal Panettone with Amarena cherries. I found it great !! Sweet the right: not too much, not too little. I didn't know what it would be like to eat a wholemeal panettone and I really appreciated the high quality. Highly recommended!

Damiano Prola: Yummy pandoro you can see and feel the quality of the product.

Francesco Checchin: I bought with my wife an ikea panettone with berries and cinnamon. As soon as I opened the bag, I immediately smelled a scent of berries coming out. I tasted it and found it very soft and above all the crazy thing is the balance between the fruits and the cinnamon. Reading well on the cardboard I saw that it is made by galup. Well good, very good!

Marco G.: I took Panettone Paradiso, Pandoro and Panettone with chocolate chips, what about other than exceptional? But all Galup products are very good, plus the staff is friendly and helpful, thank you!

Francesco Satalino: Quality consolidated by years of experience. Good assortment of confectionery products. Competent staff, open to customer needs, friendly. Good location in the center of Turin having an underground car park nearby in p.za Bodoni. Appreciable hygiene.

Pasticceria Racca: what do users think?

fiona quirk: The best baba I have ever eaten, the selection of panettone is amazing, but my favorite is the classic, taking one back to Ireland for xmas morning breakfast
Response: Thank so much! ❤️

Laura Macrì: I just tasted pistachio panettone.. What can I say... I've never eaten a panettone like this. It's soft and the cream that accompanies it is nothing short of spectacular... Congratulations to the Racca pastry shop, it never disappoints!
Response: Heartfelt thanks Laura! 🌹

Erika: Reference point during the Christmas period to buy artisan panettone of various flavors and pandoro. The red fruit panettone is very good and the pandoro dough is really delicious, very soft and not at all buttery. Note also for fresh and dry pastries. Also bought more than once a birthday cake which I always find delicious thanks to the right mix of crème and cream.
Response: Thanks ☺️

Anna Ferreri: Good morning today we tasted your panettone for the first time as far as we are concerned I gave one star because the quality is supermarket industrial. It's not good quality. As I said in a second review, the pastries I bought were also from 2 days before. I didn't make a good impression with my guests. This pastry is not for me. It doesn't reflect my tastes.
Response: Good morning, we are sorry for your review and we understand that not everyone has the same tastes..Merry Christmas!

Federica D'Alessandro: For 11 years I have been serving in this pastry shop, a vast assortment of fresh and dry pastries, cakes, chocolates, doves and panettone, tarts ..... all excellent never disappoints. Absolutely honest price. The only observation lies in the decoration of the cakes that are always the same. They could offer some more contemporary performances 🎂🎂 Absolutely recommended.
Response: Thanks Federica ☺️

Marcello Mazza: Excellent panettone, but I would recommend the blonde-haired cashier to be a little more courteous, smiling and less hasty towards customers. Even if they are good, panettone is a product that anyone sells these days... so an extra effort come on, which doesn't hurt...
Response: He's right thanks for the fedd… Merry Christmas 🎅

valentina tosarello: Products always of excellent quality: bringing a tray of pastry to friends and relatives, it always makes you look good! For us, the Racca pastry shop is a guarantee, always kind and professional. We have known each other for years and years and we are always satisfied!
Response: Thank you from 💓 heart

La _La: Excellent pastry. Very good fresh pastries, also excellent dry pastries. Artisan panettone and doves. Spectacular birthday cakes! Excellent value for money
Response: Thanks ☺️

Mauro Alfredo: 😏🤣😇 I use a famous phrase from an equally famous film if you cross the threshold of the Racca pastry shop "the resistance will be zero you will be assimilated" 😏🤣😇 because let's face it clearly, in addition to personal opinion THE BEST PASTRY OF TIRINO with an amazing variety of extremely good, you should definitely try the panettone 😋😋😋 the classic 5 mg panettone is really a myth, but the pistachio one is simply FANTASTIC 😋😋😏😇 obviously saying SUPER RECOMMENDED 🥇🥇👏👏 it is really very simplistic, but if you trust me I assure you you will NEVER regret excellent quality and above all a REALLY INCREDIBLE variety 🥇🥇🥇👏👏👏
Response: LUSINGATO ..... THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Elisa Dell'orfano: I often buy dry pastries. I find it very valid! The owner is a person available and approachable! Advise
Response: Thank you Elisa I wish you happy holidays again!

Laura Ee: Awful, so expensive and very poor service. Take a look the menu before ordering

Shai Kh: Good tiramisu, canolli, and nice staff. Helped with soy milk for vegan friend. Also sells nice cookies and biscotti packages

Angela Lau: Slightly exy because of location but we got good service and everything tasted great.

Wev Wev: A total rip off. 12 euros for 2 coffees. We paid more for the coperto than the actual drinks (2.50 euros per person). Beware!

Sergey Kuzmenko: I can say "it is expensive". Staff was friendly. Sweets and coffee were ok.

Max: good pastry, decent bicerin without wow, service kind of ok &... way too overpriced.Usual owner at the "cashier" counting money, sad...In Torino there is much better.

Juliet Birkbeck: Delicious biscotti and Cannoli. Also enjoyed a macchiato with soya milk. Lovely service.

Yossi Yaron: very expensive !!!!not tasty.small bottle of cola 5 €

Estefania F.: I only ate the gianduiottos and OMG, TOTALLY WORTH IT. Go for the chocolate, AMAZING

Cosmin M.: Good cafe

Vincenzo Tarsia: Absolutely worth a visit 😊
Response: Thanks Vincenzo see you soon ... greetings Anna

Michele Lauriola: Top!
Response: Hi Michele, thank you very much for your review ☺️

Andrea Del giorno: Excellent patisserie on Via Borgaro in Turin. After a coffee, you could not miss the accompaniment of some pasta given the fantastic window that appears immediately at the entrance, well-kept, clean and very kind staff. The pastas were all excellent, you can feel the freshness of the ingredients. Excellent coffee, certainly a pastry to remember and rediscover whenever possible.
Response: Thank you so much Andrea for the great review !!!! Then you must try the panettone for Christmas… ..we look forward to seeing you soon thanks again 😊

Amerigo Vespucci: I have been coming to this bakery ever since it opened. A group of workers who put all their efforts to satisfy customers, despite all the difficulties of recent years. Excellent aperitifs and always fresh and very varied pastries. Very good keep it up ...
Response: Thank you very much for cheering us up and confirming how good we put into our work, yes, very hard times and difficult to manage, but let's not give up ☺️ thanks also to your great support

Emanuele E: Pastry shop that offers an excellent variety of sweet and savory also for breakfast. I don't give my best because 4 € a sandwich seems to me really too much. On the other hand, the prices of the pastry shops are in line
Response: Thanks Emanuele for your review ....... I would just like to specify for all the readers of my answer that our sandwich has a really oversized size and filling, for this reason it costs only 0.50 cents more than a sandwich, counting that all Autogrill costs at least 6 € I consider myself honest !!! Thanks to you soon ☺️

Lo Sceicco: I'm going to get some pretzels and small pizzas late in the afternoon they had leftovers paid for at 28.50 no words never again and then not even good Since you don't believe my reviews, go and try and then let me know if they are 1 star ... and confirm what you are from the answer he gave When studying for this job, the first thing they teach is that the customer is always right! Good luck
Response: Good evening, your comment is void like all the reviews you give to everyone with one star !!!!! Shame on you!!!!

Traveller: Recommended by a friend, nice furnished and spacious place with a nice dessert counter. We went for an aperitif, I must say well done, with many accompanying appetizers. We will be back 👍
Response: Thank you so much for the compliments .... see you soon ☺️

Mauro Sordello: Good bakery with lots of choices. There are many pastries of various sizes and for every taste. Depending on the holidays there are themed desserts. For example, for Christmas, a choice of artisanal panettone is enough. Ah, even for the witch. Nice staff. Parking is not easy, many times you have to leave the car in a double row, but it's worth it. promoted

Minerve: Was sitting at least 20 min and although waiters and waitresses passed by took orders from nearby tables they never stopped. If course I could have waved my arms but I mean a subtle look could be enough. Apparently not. I think they should be paying more attention on their clients. Yes, eventually I waved and they came. Food is basic quality. The view is what makes it a nice place

Francesco Martino: I sat at an outside table in elegant Piazza San Carlo, nobody from the staff said Good Morning, a waiter arrived after twenty minutes we had been trying to get noticed. I ordered a neat vermouth, meaning with no ice cubes, they brought me the Vermouth menu, the waiter couldn't explain the differences among the variety of drinks on offer. I ordered the Vermouth della Casa, (vermouth maison), Stratta brand, which will turn out to be too sweet and cheapish. I asked for it NEAT, Instead it came poured on the rocks, with a mountain of ice cubes. I immediately politely said to the waiter "Excuse me, I asked for it neat, can you change it for me?" The waiter left with my drink, and came back 10 minutes later with the same large glass for drinks on the rocks, which contained the same vermouth, which they had just removed the ice cubes from, so the vermouth had become very cold, and therefore not to my liking, and inside the glass there were many strands of orange or lemon, I guess the waiter had used a dirty spoon, so the drink was "cloudy", not clear. I told the waiter "Excuse me, it's cold, I wanted it neat, at room temperature." The waiter, without apologising, tells me "Eh... that's the way we serve it here!!" I should have left, since they weren't able to serve what I requested, or have them redo my aperitif, but, being in the company of friends, I preferred to keep silent. Then, contrary to the Italian tradition, they brought absolutely nothing to accompany the aperitif, so I kindly requested some salted almonds and some olives: after many more minutes, we were brought greasy and cheap potato chips and pitted olives, clearly the quality of a discount supermarket. Yet, you pay for excellence. I didn't expect such poor service, such incompetence, such inefficiency, and mostly such bad quality in a traditional elegant Turin cafeteria. I won't set foot there again. Trap for tourists and for a crowd that does not know good quality, and gets easily fooled by the great location. I find it shameful that a high-end bar offers such poor quality - it's really rude, and an affront to good taste.

Alex S: Good coffee, tasty dolci, friendly staff.

Anthony Ricter: Exquisite tastes in old fashioned settings! I suggest you try their traditional Christmas Panettone!

Steve Lindeman: Nice chocolate and coffee drinks. Very friendly.

Oliver Saliba: Great place with delicious sweets. My fiancee loved the Dolci Di Cavour and would recommend it greatly.

Abdul Alabkal: Get your Bicerin coffee from this place. Sweet, chocolate coffee 😋😋😋

Katie E: I can only speak for their Giandujotto, but that is enough of a reason to go there. The hazelnut chocolate was smoother than anything of the like that I've had. Pick up a bag to accompany you on the rest of your Italian travels and pine for the day that you go back for more.

op f: Waited 45 minutes for one coffee, paid three times the Italian price... Won't come back

Andre Maalouf: I was there on April 2019, I ordered wine and water and had been served. But still waiting for my sandwich...

zahra shabani: Thank you Galleria Iginio Massari! The cake was absolutely gorgeous, I loved it! It was unbelievably delicious. I must also thank the kind and professional staff that helped me out.Now I am a loyal customer!
Response: Many thanks for your visit!

Sebastiano T.: I was a bit skeptical about this cafe, I don't usually like big names chef linked to coffee places or restaurants, but I was really impressed by this place. The coffe quality is superb and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The pastries were amazing , a lot of choice and so big that you can have lunch with one of those. Finally the prices, for such a place they are very reasonable, we had breakfast for 4 with 4 drinks and 3 pastries for about €12 which is absolutely a great price in Torino. I will visit again for sure.
Response: Thank you for your visit!

Flavio Bianco: Finally a hot cappuccino as it should be and a light "croissant" french style

filippo costa: A place owned by the best pastry chef and chocolatier in the world ... if you are not convinced by now I don't think I can add more to that. If you are looking for a coffee and some sugar to re-charge your-self this is a must.
Response: Thank you for your visit!

Virginia Ventrucci: Exceptional quality pastry. Also perfect for a quick coffee and a treat. Would definitely recommend.
Response: Many thanks for your visit!

Rana Abboud: "Michelin-Starred" outstanding cakes. From the very first bite, you can just feel and appreciate the high quality of the ingredients melting in your mouth with a sweet harmony of flavors. Indeed, Iginio Massari has the mastery of techniques, and his personality of a top chef is very well expressed in the great value and high consistency of his great art. Highly recommended as every time you drop by, you would definitely experience a mouth-watering sweet taste.
Response: Thank you for your visit!

Dot Kaneki: Absolutely perfect place for eating the cakes and the minion pastries tipical of Piemonte. All of the food is fresh and tasty, also it's not overpriced at all. Every little sweet is an original Massari's creation so I totally recommend you to give it a try, it'll be worth everything even if it's only once in your life.
Response: Thank you for your visit and your review!

Edoardo Faletti: Massari is a must and all the location are great. An environmental suggestion: why don't you specify on the package what are the materials?

Ximena Garzon Ruiz: The place is really nice and the sweets are good. A bit expensive considering that there are not a lot of tables to sit.

renata gonella: I often buy bread after work. Excellent loaves that also last a couple of days so you can use them for sandwiches at school or lunches at work. The 3 + 1 offer is interesting, that is, you buy 3 sandwiches and bring home 4.

Maria Laura Malgarini: We do not expect such a substantial, good and very good price aperitif (3.5), nothing to envy to the bakeries in the center. Not to mention the kindness and helpfulness of the staff

Ismael Pérez: They do not know how to make chocolates, a tremendous heat inside the premises and prices more expensive than normal.

Ada Sormano: Very kind, delicious and various types of fresh desserts, good pizzas and focaccias, clean and fast service

Andrea Calarese: Every time I go to Turin, it is a fixed stop. Great product and kindness and sympathy

Lahav Constantini: Very nice bakery, fresh baked goods are great. All the staff are very nice too! They were agreeable with our ‘peculiar’ foreigner requests for coffee (while often in Italy you’re dismissed and judged). I recommend the sweet torcertti, pizzette, salatini, and sweet ‘Chala bread’ (treccia della nonna)
Response: Thanks Lahav for your comment. We always want to offer a positive experience to our customers. Good day!

Daisy Matarazzo: You must try the focaccia with onions, croissant was also better than most in France, don’t miss out!!
Response: Thanks Daisy! We are waiting for you!

Nicholas Gracilla: This outstanding bakery offers a sit down cafe area too, with oven side seating where you can watch the coordinated dance of a busy shop. Focaccias, pizzas, sandwiches, and a minestrone soup are options; great vegetarian choices; the best panini sandwiches I had in Turin.
Response: Hi Nicholas, thank you so much for your positive review and your kind words. We are glad you liked our bakery and our panini, you couldn't have given us a nicer compliment.

margita sirnik: When in Torino Perino Vesco is a must to visit! Best pizzas, foccacias and other pastries! Really nice staff and excellent choices of beers!

Rob Payne: Absolutely delicious! Our favourite place for a breakfast sandwich, croissant and cappuccino. All baked fresh... with our croissants filled to order. Amazing bakery selling everything you imagined from the super tasty Italian city of Torino.
Response: Thank you so much Rob! Thanks for the nice words! We are happy that you could appreciate our products and that you enjoyed our city that has so much to offer! Come back to see us soon, we are waiting for you!

Andrea Da Ronch: Fantastic focacce and bread. You can have a lovely breakfast as well as lunch.
Response: Hi Andrea, thank you so much! We try every day to offer handmade and quality products! I'm glad you liked them!

Greg Gecewicz: Excellent bread and pizza. Staff is very good
Response: Thank you Greg! We are glad you had a great experience!

Gloria Wong: I always come here wherever I visit Torino and get a bag of grissini, and the hazelnut cake for friends at home. The people are lovely and helpful. There will always be other items that tempt the eyes. This time the "Castagnaccio" won over Sacher. I think I will go back for the Sacher shortly.

Boella & Sorrisi srl: what do users think?

Desmond Sant: Idea was to visit the factory but unfortunately one has to pre-book and join a tour. So we stayed for a superb hot chocolate and croissant. Super clean, quiet and welcoming outlet.
Response: Thank you for visiting us, it is a pleasure for us to read such nice comments. We are sorry about the visit to the chocolate factory, we will soon be able to book directly on our website www.boella.it to offer a better service to our funs. See you soon!

Jen V: Lots of chocolates and treats to purchase. Very quite when we entered. Was greeted by staff. Didn't buy anything. You can see the ladies at work in the factory

Gianluca Manna: Chocolate and delicatessen shop. They make their own chocolate in front of your eyes! In summer try their ice cream

Isidoro Kraftzeller: Yummy! A must for chocolate lovers!
Response: Thank you from all the Chocolate Factory team

Marcello Consorte: SLURP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Davide Greco: A beautiful place, super stocked and with a touch of magic in the background. Very welcoming atmosphere. We often go with the kids to get a chocolate or one of the delicious products available and it's always a pleasure. Staff very helpful and on point. Compliments.

Federica D'Alessandro: Beautiful and well-kept place, where in addition to buying their products (biscuits, croissants, pies, panettone, bugie) there is a wide choice of chocolates, chocolate bars, etc., various products selected from sauces, pasta, jams, oils, etc. . From a large window you can see the production laboratory. There is also a bar with tables and chairs for a coffee break, breakfast, a snack to taste the products on site. The only flaw is the very little empathetic orders. Recommended.
Response: Hello Federica, thank you for your review, it is important for us to receive the impressions of our customers on quality and service.

Sass Saldature: I ordered some chocolate to be included in the gift package given to customers and suppliers. Fast shipping and high quality products. A note of special appreciation to the salted caramel gianduiotti. A thousand thanks!

Elisa Gramaglia: I have known the products for 2 years. This year at the end of November I went back and bought a pandoro and 4 panettone. With great disappointment I have to say that the pandiro was bad. I'm sorry after the first taste we "threw it". The deadline was June 2023 but it was absolutely not good. I am sorry; I called the sales office several times to report the incident but they never answered. Luckily I didn't give any gifts, I think of the bad impression I would have made if I had given them. Panettone was good.
Response: Hello Elise, Thank you for reporting, we are very attentive to the comments of our consumers and the quality of the products. From the customer office we do not detect any report you made, if you called after Christmas the office is currently closed. I kindly ask you if you can send us a report to customer@boella.it writing what defects you found in the pandoro you purchased and the photo of the label with the lot to understand what could have happened. With handcrafted products it could happen that they may undergo alterations in taste due to a badly sealed bag. If you would like to indicate your address in the email, we would like to send you a gift to apologize for what happened. Sincerely

Marisa Fantino: Historic factory with adjoining store and cafeteria, large space with shelves full of confectionery products, the right place to look for all the variations of gianduiotti (from ruby chocolate to salted caramel) spreadable chocolate, bars, candies, Easter eggs, doves, etc. From the shop through a "showcase" you can follow the production area. The guided tour of the factory lasting about 1 hour is interesting. currently suspended due to the pandemic.
Response: Thank you from all the Chocolate Factory team

Pasticceria Dichiara: what do users think?

salvatore spagnolo: Best breakfast in the district

Onofrio castello: Cormett

Rita Massaro: Both sweet and savory pastries are very good. The cream brioches are excellent. Friendly staff and quick to serve.

Luca Lesca: For my birthday, my boss brought pastries from your patisserie to the company. Really good and I have hardly eaten such a good and balanced cream. For the moment I give you 4 stars you deserve. But when I go in person with my fiancée to your bakery. I will definitely give you 5 stars.

Martina Quaranta Vogliotti: One of the best breakfasts in Turin! A very small place where you can feel the air of home and the intoxicating scent of brioche. As for the quality of the croissants, I can only tell you one thing: GO AND TRY THEM. You will get out of there not only planning to go back, but also be amazed by the quality / price!

Marcella izzinosa: I went to this cafe this morning with the idea of buying 7 croissants. At my request to put them in a tray, I was aggressively answered in chorus that they strictly put them in a bag. 9 am very little choice. Rude staff. I understand the crisis but in this way they distance the customer. Also because the city is full of the same and better bars. Really disappointed.

Stefano T: Excellent pastry shop and bar. Fair prices. Quality and goodness guaranteed.

Anna: Delicious pretzels, light pasta and not at all greasy. I've been going for years, but due to queues I sometimes pass by. One of the sales assistants who has been there for years is truly among the most polite and professional. I'm sorry I can't remember the name...., he has glasses!!!! Local adapted to the standards and always cared for. Lady at the cashier, she has a staff that deserves to be more relaxation. Good pastries, everything is light, with a well-defined flavor, the crunchy Sicilian cannolo and the trifle!!!!! All in all, I can't find a fault with this bakery. Well done. The prices are suitable for ordinary people who want to treat themselves to good things Thank you Joanna 💕

Emanuele Favilla: Absolutely the best panettone I've ever eaten in my life. Congratulations

Adriano Finocchiaro: Delicious pastry that knows how to propose excellent own productions of mignon and salty in various flavors. Tasty and well presented cakes.

Cibrario Torino - La Tua Panetteria Di Fiducia a Torino: what do users think?

Justyna Kubinska: Loveliest breakfast atmosphere in Italy! Staff is so kind and food is the best at great prices! Freshly squeezed orange juice is amazing and coffee is great. Big choice of savoury foods we had the best pizza/bread which they split for us. Croissants are amazing not too sweet like in other places and the pistachio cream is one of the best, also many other filling choices. A must visit in Turin! Such great prices too only 1.50€ a croissant !
Response: Thank you very much Justyna, it is a pleasure to read reviews of this type. Good stay in Turin ☺️

Kristijan Todorov: Definitely the best place in Torino if you want to drink a good coffee and have a pastry as a local - tried everything, and everything tastes really good! The staff are extremely helpful, rating it more than 5 stars. A must visit if you're in Torino.
Response: Thank you very much. Have a nice day ☺️

Ruslana Shargorodskaya: Ciao! I usually do not review restaurants, although I consider myself a bit of a foodie. I have been searching for a quality Apertivo all over Italy and sadly likely due to Covid, it has been difficult to find, best until now being in Venice and Bologna, in my opinion. I was walking around Torino, and while we had sampled many apertivos here and throughout Italy- we believe this was one of the best. The aperol spritz was quite generous and flavorful, with a slice of candied orange which was a fun twist. It was accompanied by a more than generous finger food platter consisting of an assortment of baked goods, including pizza and foccaccia. The staff was friendly and helpful, even giving us an assortment of free chocolate samples. We are so excited to find this place and wanted to share the joy. Ps only outdoor seating, but well insulated and felt quite warm inside. Xoxo
Response: Thank you very much for the wonderful review. See you next time ☺️☺️☺️

Mieszko Więznowski: Best foccactia and croissants I ever had! Greetings from Poland 😀
Response: Thank you very much. ☺️❤️🇵🇱

Benedetta P.: The best croissant I've ever eaten in Turin! I had a really delicious croissant with charcoal dough and raspberry jam, the quality of the products and the ability of the staff to work the croissant dough is evident. Even my friends were very satisfied with the croissants they had for breakfast: there is a huge variety of tastes. Excellent value for money. Even just entering the restaurant is a feast for the eyes: there are many types of bread and pizza!
Response: Thank you so much Benedetta. Until next time ☺️

Antonino Romano: The best place to have breakfast and more! In the very central via Cibrario, in the heart of San Donato, there is this very good place to have breakfast and more. Very nice and nice staff. Besides the sweet pastry you can find baked goods, including bread, pizza and focaccia. Also a vastness of very good first courses among other things. Highly recommended.
Response: Thank you very much Antonino, reading reviews of this type fuel our desire to do well, continue to produce new products and try to improve ourselves more and more. 😁

Manuel Fici: During the planning of my stay in Turin, inspired by the photos on instagram, I chose this place for breakfast and I must say that it did not disappoint my very high expectations. The croissants are truly a delight for the palate, as far as the staff are concerned they are very kind and helpful. P.S. you owe me a few kilograms because of your delicious croissants 😂
Response: Hi Manuel, thank you for your review, we are happy to have hosted you. Soon P.S. next time you already know that you will have to take an extra jog before you visit us 😊

Ylenia Ferrari: Excellent quality products, pizza of infinite flavors and with high quality products following the season…. Excellent brioche and dessert and exceptional aperitif. Excellent value for money, friendly, pleasant and helpful staff… a small place but an excellent dehor. I highly recommend it for lunch as well….
Response: Thanks Ylenia, a pleasure to receive these compliments. See you next time 😊

Francesca Arduino: €10 for an aperitif with a Coca Cola in a plastic bottle and a decent (but not special) platter. We weren't even downtown. Also, the service definitely needs improvement. Forget it, there are so many better places.
Response: Hello Francesca, with amazement we read this review. For the first time to be criticized, it is one of our strong points, even more so after the latest improvements that have raised the level of service. We sincerely try to always take the good from the negative reviews but in this case we denote a real attack and above all a huge fall in style in advising other customers not to come to us… Primarily because upon the arrival of any customer, the menu is brought to the table with the price of €10 for the aperitif written on it (also well sponsored on our social media channels) in case it hasn't been done or you had ordered beforehand, being a very cost-conscious person could easily ask the price first. I keep saying that when you have an aperitif (anywhere, I challenge you to find a different one) the first drink, whether alcoholic or not, always has a single price. I conclude by telling you that €10 per drink, a 2-storey splashback with cold cuts, gastronomy and pizza with a dessert is absolutely not excessive, indeed for via Cibrario (excellent area) it is a tad bit low. But if for you this 10€ spent doesn't let you sleep at night, go back to the shop and ask for the owner, we will have no problem in returning them.

Barbara Leo: Excellent products, selected with care and quality. I wish I could say the same about the staff as well but sadly that is not the case. Not all of course, but one saleswoman in particular, very rude and not very attentive to the customer... a pity, because this makes you lose points and customers!
Response: Good morning Barbara, thank you for the compliments but I have to see the answer given previously and deleted by me, because being a very precise person I wanted to see what happened with my own eyes. If there's one thing I don't compromise on, it's the education of the kids at the counter who often and willingly have to accept inappropriate responses/behaviours from guests entering the shop. Making a negative review on staff (not thinking that a job could also be jeopardized) for a misunderstanding due to a single payment from one person, transformed into a multiple one by another, I consider it in very bad taste. Our apologies were due as we had accepted a double payment, but a polite explanation of what had happened was forthcoming upon request. Having said that, we thank you anyway, in doing so whoever reads your review will be able to easily ascertain the opposite and consequently congratulate my boys / girls for the excellent service. Good day.

Pasticceria Dell'Agnese: what do users think?

Luigi Mazzilli: Gelato super

navar 1: Pinz
Response: A thousand thanks!

Roby D'onza: Fantastic pastry, refined and quality raw materials and kind and competent staff. Even the ice cream is very good. Highly recommended

Dario Boccaccio: On 12/11/22 I order a birthday cake with some specific requests. On the 13th I go to collect it, but the cake was prepared in a completely different way: it was decorated with raspberries (it was strictly requested not to insert fruit), the happy birthday writing is missing. I understand that during the Christmas season there is a lot of work, but even a small birthday cake must receive the attention and talent of the pastry chef. We have been using this pastry shop for more than 20 years, perhaps fame harms quality. They didn't even bother to apologise. Never again.

Federico Amarena: The intoxicating scent of sweets hit me positively when I entered the pastry shop. Perfumes of the past that entice you to buy everything. I tried their Sacker cake and I have to say it's the best I've ever eaten. Very balanced dessert and truly divine chocolate. I must say that today this pastry shop has satisfied me more than the historic and renowned Turin pastry shops and the Tre Torte Gambero Rosso Piedmontese ones. I am curious to try their ice creams and their croissants; but it is a pity that they open late in the morning and I can never get breakfast there. Every morning at about 7.30 I pass by the pastry shop but alas I find it closed.

Antonina Corsaro: It's really rare to find pastry shops in Italy that prepare Croissants according to the original and artisanal recipe that are so good. Taken one morning for breakfast, good, fragrant. Once I even tasted the ice cream, what can I say, one of the best I've ever eaten, seriously... and I point out that I'm from the South where the ice cream is good and they know how to do it well everywhere. As a result, I recommend it without a doubt

Luca Luca: Excellent pastry. Divine sublime I don't know where to find better. Compliments

Rocco Affinito: Pistachio and very very good creams. I'll be back to try the fruit flavors

Perla Perla: Much better croissants than fresh pastry in my opinion. High prices, nice staff.

Marco Pece: Excellent pastry, delicious cakes and a wide variety to satisfy all tastes. The pastas are excellent. We must not forget the ice cream parlor next to the pastry shop that offers exquisite ice cream among the best in Turin.
