Luca Di Paolo: I state that I am not the type for reviews but this time it is a must. iPhone X with defective audio, I tried by others to have it repaired but they asked me about 200 euros, claiming that there was a very complicated job to do on the motherboard. Reluctantly then I go to tecnotel to exchange it. Mauro Cerbai: I replaced the screen of my Mi A2 Lite for a modest sum and only one hour of time. Great! Unfortunately, however, after less than a month, I used it on a normal car phone holder and the screen chipped. Over the next few days the cracks got worse and lengthened. It seems clear to me that the replaced piece is not of high quality or the machining of the replacement was not performed correctly. The dealer refused to consider the repair under warranty. EDIT: Support had used this before with no issues. the repair had taken place 28 days earlier, therefore under full warranty. the discount does not guarantee me that the workmanship will be done better next time

Mikhail Puzatko: DON’T!!! Please don’t go there. Incompetent staff and very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Three person from the stuff at the empty store. One of them was playing the phone, another smoked outside. I wanted to cancel the contract (as it wrote at the official site of Wind- I CAN) and the shop assistant (woman with blonde hairs) told me that she !!!DOESN’T WANT!!! to do this and I !!!MUST!!! do it by myself (sorry but it strange to hear it from the official staff from the official store). Guys! If you don’t wanna work and do your labor duties- please find another job!!! Disaster. 21st century and as she told “we can’t do nothing from here because we can’t even see which tipe of contract you have”.

Simona Rinaldi: Much more expensive than the average service, cell phone film costs 3 times as much as in similar stores and lasts half the time if not less. We also updated the phone and spent 25 euros, after 3 weeks we had to do it again because the phone was blocked again - without any explanation from the operator - and we spent 40 euros. Place to avoid considering the wide range of offers in the sector and definitely more honest and professional. Strongly not recommended!
