Mighty Dek: Great store but terrible customer service. Clearly untrained and very rude. Does not do Lego VIP. Will not be going back there again.

Nicole Verkamp: My son had a Lego themed birthday party & received 2 of the same Lego sets. They were both wrapped in Lego paper, so I assumed they were purchased from the Lego store. I took them in to exchange them for something else in the store & the clerk (Davide) & manager (Claudia) would not do an exchange. I would expect this from a family-owned store in Italy, but coming from a Lego franchise store is unacceptable.

Matteo Sgherri: The arrival of the lego store also in the mall was a game changer. Always excellent service over time and excellent selection despite the small size compared to the store in via Roma in Turin. The only pity is that with the change in post covid19 rules some initiatives, such as building the mini figure, are no longer available. Recommended for taking off even a small challenge with a set for your children or for yourself.

silvio brovero: LEGO in Turin? Walhalla without a doubt! Small shop on two floors, run by young boys passionate about bricks. The prices are in line with the lego catalog, certainly the most common sets in supermarkets you might find them less, but if you are looking for particular sets that not even on Amazon you can find ... this is the place. They also often organize cosplay events for children and adults, brick contests and special activities related to LEGO. Perhaps a shop like this would deserve a more central location, we are in the suburbs and despite this the parking is really difficult to find, only for this the 4 stars

Samu Lomu: A great shop! Very kind character! I was served by a professional and patient guy, who is really helpful. I found some little gifts for my grandchildren. I must admit that the stock available is large and not limited to some products, but also full of bargains and discounts. A real kingdom of toys and more! I highly recommend it! Clean, tidy and well used to make it even more inviting!
