Letizia Ferrero: I could not have wished for a better experience than the one I experienced for the birth of my two twins. Special thanks to Doctor Roberto Scali for the professionalism and care with which he followed me for 9 months and for giving birth to my children with an emergency caesarean. The organization of ward 1B, where I was hospitalized for 1 week, is impeccable. Every single member of the team works with extreme commitment and reassuring you by taking care of you and the children. I also thank all the staff of the nursery, managed with extreme care and passion.
Angelina Vovchuk: Happened there for pains in the lower abdomen on the right (it looked like an ovary) and white discharge from the right breast, I state that I have not breasted for about 7 months so I was very alarmed. The doctor (gynecologist I presume) treated me immediately with a lot of superficiality and rudeness making me feel very uncomfortable saying that it is nothing and everything is normal. He misspelled my symptoms referred to example: no breast discharge WHEN I HAD THEM. The rest of the department seemed very professional to me.

Beatrice Ferreri: I state that I was followed up for pregnancy and my experience was all in all positive, considering that, being a veterinarian, I know enough medical terms and procedures ... because explanations or help from the zero person ... No communication with the family, summary care and indecently grumpy and unhelpful staff. My mom is a cancer patient, she treats in the worst way. The doctors????? These strangers .... to be able to talk to each other .... a miracle. Absolutely to be avoided except for pregnancies, closing your mouth and tying your hands so as not to put them on the staff ....
claudia modica: For the second time, I was referred to this ward for further diagnostics during pregnancy. In both times and after years of each other, I had the unpleasant experience of meeting unfriendly medical staff, not at all empathetic and with an insensitive and snooty approach to the patient. I am sure that you cannot do everything "a bundle" but some doctors should review the good practice of hospitality, active listening and above all good manners. Never again.....

Elisa Virone: I found myself really well. Excellent support from both the midwives and the Doctor who followed me. I was hospitalized for 8 days, they always welcomed me with smiles and kindness for any request. The only flaw, after the caesarean section it would be necessary to have family support .. because of the covid this was not possible and I found this aspect very difficult.
Sara Defrancesco: I put a star because it is not possible to put zero. In the emergency room I found an incompetent young doctor who was unable to diagnose a disease visible to the naked eye. Strongly not recommended.

GIO M.: My name is Giorgia, On 03/26/2019 I was admitted to the structure of the birth center of the Sant’anna hospital in Turin. I particularly want to demonstrate my satisfaction through this review on the service and professionalism offered to me by the structure and by the obstetric and hospital staff who assisted me during the pregnancy, the day of delivery and the following ones. During the gestation process I was followed by the midwives of the Birth Center who were able, in addition to professionally assisting me as far as they were concerned, also to support me morally and psychologically in those moments for me new and to let me face the path in serenity dedicating myself all the time necessary. During labor I was supported by telephone and was able to spend labor in the home. For the duration of the birth, they succeeded in infusing me with serenity and confidence. A big compliment also nursing staff who do their job with skill, competence but above all passion.

Enrica Gianuzzi: I do not know how it will end yet because I am in progress, but regardless of the result I am satisfied with the choice I made !! After several attempts in the public I needed a center that followed me as it should .. in Turin there are several valid centers specialized in reproductive medicine, but the CMR is a "small" and avant-garde center where you are followed only and scrupulously by the Dr. Sodano .. man of few words but many facts, the ones I was finally looking for. Equally valid the nurse and the biologists who have done a super job with my embryonic children .. not least Claudia at the reception, always on the piece, prepared on everything and very empathetic. In short, a welcoming environment where you stop being your own doctor and rely 100% in their hands !!

Konstantina Lepinioti: On 1/10/2021 I was hit by a car and taken to the Maria Vittoria Hospital. At a super busy time, with many patients at the corridors of the hospital, from the moment the ambulance arrived, in no time, to the moment I left the hospital all the staff were amazing. Apart from their professionalism what I remember the most was their kindness and understanding that I was scared and taking the time to speak to me and comfort me, bear in mind my Italian is less than basic. From the bottom of my heart a big thank you to all of them, best hospital and team ever.

I believe, perfectly well, that in this hospital, they have good doctors and well trained nurses compared to other hospitals I have visited in Torino.!!!! This doctors n nurses working in this hospital understand the meaning of the oath they took.. I recommend this hospital for all pregnant women. Thanks to those working there...... This was my post 8month ago!! But I was sick on Monday 2021 December 27. I was abandoned for 5 hours o treatment, even when I came with am ambulance 🚑 from 1 to 4 no doctors came to check on me... but one day... Italy 🇮🇹 is not a home for the black people. I now hate Italy more with passion. Their heath sector is death 💀 half of the doctors are supposed to be working in Frabrica
Tobias Wahl: Unbelievable. My wife went to this hospital with a hyperglycemia having acute symptoms (vomiting, dizziness and diarrhea) and wasn’t taken seriously. After a brief encounter with one of the nurses she was immediately sent to the Covid-19 section. After having spent 5 hours in a room full of infected people she finally got to see a doctor (after measuring her glucose level by herself, which at this point was dangerously low and showing to one of the nurses) who then took a Covid-19 test, which was obviously negative. After being sent to another department where she waited another 3 hours without any test/diagnosis/information she went home, self-medicating and finding some private doctor. It is hard to describe this level of incompetence as this is not a first world country standard, but for sure I advise anyone to think twice before going to this hospital. Unless a good treatment you are likely to catch corona there….
Andrew: Not up to UK standards. Insufficient communication of vital information is a serious problem here. Other issues: eg they could not supply an extra litre of drinking water a day even after a Dr said I needed it. Some staff have no patience when talking to foreigners.

Caterina Ditalia: Last night I took my son to the emergency room, green code, we stayed there for 8 and a half hours, surely there were emergencies, and it is right that they have passed before, God forbid! But the thing that catches the eye is the indifference with which one is treated, the total lack of humanity, not by everyone, but the majority. Nurses talking and literally making their own cabbages while outside waiting hours! An elderly lady, alone had to go to the bathroom, I asked several nurses to accompany her several times, but they did a barrel discharge, only after more than an hour the lady was accompanied to the services. The behavior of some of them is really SHAME, lack of professionalism and kindness. I wonder, if in our place, there had been a relative of theirs, if they had had the same attitude.

Priscilla P: The center has such uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room that I had back pain all evening. Dr. Schinco belongs to the old medical school characterized by antipathy and a sense of superiority, as well as constant criticism throughout the visit and did not lead me to anything on a practical level. The visit, paid at full price WITHOUT INVOICE, lasted 20 minutes as Dr. received an obviously non-urgent phone call during the visit and preferred to conclude my visit hastily to go and do her business. I will never return to this center, it is among the worst ever visited: scandalous. One star is too much.

Giancarlo Vigorita: Shameful reception! Accompanying persons, even if they have arrived with the patient, are NOT permitted to take a seat inside the medical centre. I was literally kicked out (with the excuse of anti COVID provisions), despite the fact that the waiting room was empty! I WILL NEVER GO BACK Giancarlo
Response: Dear Mr. Vigorita, we read his e-mail with amazement as he should well know that in the post lockdown period strict restrictive measures were imposed by the government on all merchants and, in particular, on health facilities in which, obviously, people affected by pathologies gravitate, often even severe. In the Medical Center, doctors who occupy 7 examination offices continuously visit, every day, from 09.00 to 19.30. Therefore, if you consider 7 doctors with 7 patients plus 4 collaborators between the secretariat and the administration, the result is that there are - at any time of the day - at least 18 people occupying the internal spaces of the structure. If we allowed each person to have one or more accompanying persons, this number, from 18, would rise dramatically and we would no longer be able to guarantee the social distancing required by current legislation. Wanting to scrupulously respect the rules because it is in the interest of everyone's health to do so, we are therefore not allowed to let any accompanying person in, with the exception of those accompanying handicapped patients, patients with cognitive deficits, underage patients. Since your spouse is not included in these areas, we let her in by inviting her to sit outside the structure, kindly and explaining the reasons (although they are known to all), reasons that are also explained during the booking phase, together with the need to enter with the mask. Only with the authorization of the Doctor who visited the lady could she have accessed but, since the lady did not return in the cases listed above, the Doctor should have given the Health Management an explanation of her choice. We are doctors. Therefore, please understand that our work is the result only of extreme care and attention not only towards you, but also towards all the patients of the practice and the health and administrative operators who work for you and to protect the your health. Mary Iskor: I would like to share my experience of visiting gynaecological department on second floor. So i came there this Thursday on almost 5 week pregnancy with a small pain and very light allocation. The doctor and nurse and I think an intern was doing me screening about 15 minutes and kept doing it after I started to complain that they doing it painful. Before the checks I explained the docctoressa that i have cervical dysplasia and they have to be careful. They just sad “Relax, we didn’t finish” they saw already a baby and everything was okay, but after that super hard check I lost it in the night. So next day after emergency car, they took my blood test and made me sit in the room before the delivery department for two hours and don’t let me to go. I heard all screaming of kids and watching them when they brought them to feed or check. I think this is not correct to behave like this, to keep making the screening if the patient is complaining on pain. And not ok to make sit and watch the babies person who just lost her own baby for 2! hours. You need to change and reconsider it. Cause for now, it’s pity to admit, but your service is not about keeping life it’s about killing💔🤦🏼♀️

Rebecca Bennett: The clinic treated me wonderfully. Luca is friendly and professional, whilst making you feel relaxed and reassured. The environment is tranquil and extremely clean without making you feel like you’re in a clinical setting. Highly recommend.
anna maria pintus: Bad experience. I asked for an appointment to have three stitches removed. For thirty seconds of intervention the request was: 132 euros !!! After our grievances, the request dropped to 92 euros. ALWAYS TOO MUCH!
Ilaria Deiola: Performed vis surgery, very satisfied. Clean room. For those with time problems, visits are also made at 6pm.
Laura Bertolin: A medical clinic with many specializations, the doctors are very competent. The staff is also helpful and kind. Reliability and competence are the flagship of this clinic. I advise.

Mohammad Modarres: not a good hospital. As other hospitals in Italy, people should wait in emergency sections about 6 hours or more. it is always very crowded.

Marcello Mastroleo: With this review I would like to express my best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the "Day Surgery" department and especially to Dr. Ilario Mazzetto because: I was operated on for inguinal hernia with the "laparoscopic" technique on November 24th with general anesthesia. It was not difficult to immediately notice the kindness out of the ordinary of the medical and nursing staff and Dr. Mazzetto gave his best in his work, intervening immediately via e-mail and/or personally. Heartfelt thanks and best wishes. Always stay like this and thank you very much!
Walter Grigoletto: Operated on December 1 for prostatic hypertrophy and stones I want to thank all the nursing and non-day surgery staff, I found a truly unexpected efficiency, courtesy and competence, I also thank the doctors in particular Dr. Rossano Leggero always present, and a special mention to the assistants in the operating room, an attention a word of comfort in those moments are really a lot of stuff. Finally, I thank the emergency room staff, times are a bit long but I think this cannot be avoided, however courtesy and professionalism that I have found here are not always taken for granted
Gianpiero Turrisi: The pediatrician department is in my opinion an excellence. Doctors and nurses who are not only competent and very scrupulous but also human in understanding how to reassure children during visits. Department revised with a view to making the hospitalization of children less problematic thanks to the thousand colors and cartoon-themed furnishings. Bed also available for the parent who has to stay and is not cheap ... Thank you very much !!!
Nicoletta Mancino: Department of gynecology and obstetrics always at the top 🤩 I gave birth to my second child 15 days ago and just like 5 years ago I found myself well! I had two different experiences (caesarean section and vaginal birth) and in both cases I was supported in the best way both on a human and medical level! The staff, starting from the obstetricians and gynecologists in the delivery room, to the nurses in the ward and the pediatricians in the nursery are very professional, I highly recommend it!
Francesco “FranCiccio88” Mazzara: I needed to go to the hospital when I experienced severe chest pain, luckily nothing serious. Very kind triage staff immediately ready for clarification. Very smart doctors who are also very kind and prepared. I was treated very well were it not for the long seven hours of waiting.

Domenico Mussino: The clinic and the doctors would deserve 5 stars shame about a lady chemo said to be in charge. The lady very rude and bossy. I would be very glad to speak if there is someone more responsible than the lady because it is a pity for the lab, that because of a single incompetent and rude person the whole clinic should make a bad impression, plus I point out that the bad impression is made in front of all customers.
