Lorenzo Gardellini: I went twice and, in both cases, I declared myself from the moment I set foot inside the shop an inexperienced. They are not interested in helping you understand how your cigarette works and how to use it. I was the one who tried to tell him the characteristics, but he was only interested in suggesting the tastes... Result? He sold me a 70-30% liquid for the first time and in one day I burned the resistance that he sells to you for FIVE euros. The second time with the benefit of the doubt, the owner being a friendly person anyway, I told him what had gone wrong and the new eliquids I bought for a total of 40 euros again are no good. Finally, at the external machine I bought a licorice liquid a couple of weeks ago and it expired in 2019 (produced in 2017)

Nice dilemma also because the choice is really subjective and in this field everything and the opposite of everything is true but one thing is certain, safe and scientifically proven smoking (in the traditional way) is harmful !!! So after having decided to switch to electronic cigarettes and after several attempts in shops in the sector that had disappointed me one day walking down via Nizza I raise my head and see a sign that reads like this ... PUFF ... the name intrigues me and it makes me smile so with a mixture of disappointment, discouragement and indecision I approach the shop window and without knowing exactly why I decide to go in and ask for information on the news that this shop offers in terms of electronic cigarettes. Upon entering the shop it looks very small but very tidy very bright clean and welcoming. But the real protagonist is the owner Daniele a fun in person ... he welcomes you exactly as if that were the living room of his house immediately puts you at ease and without haste makes you talk by asking you useful questions to understand what your needs really are to understand how to best guide you on the path you have decided to undertake, all seasoned with anecdotes that help you have a laugh to ease your anxiety about the knowledge that you are about to quit smoking. Once Daniele has understood who you are and your personality (without ever neglecting the psychological part of the speech) he begins to make his proposal without ever getting tired of answering questions and showing you every product of the store calmly and passionately. More than a seller, Daniele is a consultant who accompanies you in your choices. Well since that day I have not changed shop and I stopped smoking completely today I smoke fruity or creamy liquids WITHOUT NICOTINE !!! Well if Daniele has managed to do this with me and with all his customers then I would say that it is worth a try .... indeed ... try to believe !!!!
