Orso Laboratorio del Caffè: what do users think?
Nathan Vennekens
Nathan Vennekens: Good coffee and good service. We had filter coffee from Rwanda and China. I bought the Rwanda beans. Only the roast data on the beans was more than 20days old. Recommend to lower the price in that case. Great place!
Ettore Botti
Ettore Botti: My favorite café in Torino, in my opinion the best specialty coffee option in town. Their cappuccino is just perfect, try their espresso or take some beans home - they got you covered. You can seat inside or enjoy it outside - it’s not so big though.
Jasmine Hsu
Jasmine Hsu: We had hot chocolate, espresso, creme croissant and flat white, first time to be here and enjoy all we ordered. Especially hot chocolate drink, pure creamy chocolate, strong flavored but not too sweet, love it.
Pierre Farfán
Pierre Farfán: One of the best espresso bars I’ve been in a long time. Amazing coffee, superb attention. And full of locals which makes it even better. Definitely the best choice around Porta Nuova.
Filippo Rossetto
Filippo Rossetto: Wonderful specialty coffee with a vast variety of choices. Really enjoyed my V60. Bought a bag for home, great quality as expected. Thanks for being quality first! Prices are regular for a specialty cafe, no complains there, the quality matches the cost, if not passes it. It’s far from my area but I will certainly be back. 100% recommend giving a visit.
Jon Reeve
Jon Reeve: 🥃Cold brew €3, nice 👍 Also specialty espresso and filter. Cool place
Response: thanks ❤️
Jack Wootton
Jack Wootton: Excellent service (despite our inability to speak any Italian), delicious coffee (flat white was spot on), plenty of seats, fast wifi ✔️☕️

Costadoro Coffee Lab Diamond: what do users think?
Ettore Botti
Ettore Botti: I like Costadoro for the atmosphere, you can sit in and enjoy your coffee with no rush. During summer they got many cold beverages. Their coffee is totally ok for its price, way better than regular italian bar espresso.
Forouzan Chavoshi
Forouzan Chavoshi: I love this bar. It has a positive vibe with an extraordinery view. You could do your work or study with the friends there (except the weekend)
Kseniya Shokhet
Kseniya Shokhet: Had the same experience as Maya Selezneva in the other comment. Stuff said to me that it is not allowed to have the laptop around at 4 pm (everyone had it) and they are not happy when people have one coffee and sit all day. Took me time to understand that this was meant for me, because the day before I left there €45 having lunch, donuts, multiple coffees and water. How do they count time and how much did you personally spend, — has no explanation. Rude rude rude ) what can I say. Thought it could me my new fav place, but didn’t happen.
Maya Selezneva
Maya Selezneva: Well, not for the first time I face really not welcoming attitude from the caffe staff: First, when in half empty coffee shop on Sunday a person asked me and my friend to close our laptops because of “no work and study on Sunday!!!!”, pointing on some signs in Italian we apparently had to guess as a foreign people. But who said we worked? We read about interesting festival in internet. So probably the coffee shop is saying from where you are allowed to read (just phone May be) there. But this can be understandable in a case if this is the philosophy of the place, although very strange one. Anyway. May be it has to be translated for not Italian speakers in that case? Also you can apply to the customers who did good orders nicely and politely. But never “close your laptops in ordery way) Another sad case is from today: The staff lady came to me in the outside coffee place area (because I am already afraid to be inside there and it’s not welcoming and super hot), and I was sitting there with my full order and asked me again in not polite loud way:” can you take your laptop and and go inside, you take too much space and you take table for four people, you have to go inside !” And it was small table. , like everywhere around me. And the main thing that it was other people are sitting alone like me (men, girls) with the same size small tables, also solo, some of them had tablets. Non of them didn’t take “too much space”, right? So the question: does this coffee place treat every customer equally well? Or it is selectively? Can you explain me? Because it is international city, with many students, programs, tourism and European Union as well, I am not mentioning city center. So why sooo badly? It is very frustrated, because every time I was there, I am polite and grateful visitor, who order things and act nicely meeting absolutely unfair opposite service.
Da silva Jessica
Da silva Jessica: A bit expensive for the quantity but really nice located restaurant, lots of locals in.
Marko Cvetkovic
Marko Cvetkovic: Best coffee in town. Very nice big place with view on the city street. Not expensive and good for work&coffee.
Response: Thanks Marko for leaving your review, come back soon to see us: we are waiting for you with open arms!

Caffè Fiorio: what do users think?
Andrea Viotto
Andrea Viotto: The cafe is very nice and you can see it has an important past behind. The products are very good, excellent hot chocolate and ice cream. Price is also relatively low. What is to me disappointing is the way it is managed: service is not up to the fame of the cafe, furniture needs some maintenance and music is horrible (you will be listening to the same radio you can hear at a barber shop, better not to have any). With little improvements it could be a 5-star cafe
Food Design Thinking
Food Design Thinking: I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years for the COPPA CAVOUR, which to me is like the essence of torino 😄 I love it it and it never disappoints!
Tadej Strnad
Tadej Strnad: attentive and kind stuff in an traditional local café with rustic decor, marvelous "chandelier" in the entrance lobby and perfect espresso and lovely tramezzino
Filippo Rossetto
Filippo Rossetto: I have become a regular at this cafe for my morning coffee and for ocassional long evening sits, i must say I have never been met with any of the bad service mentioned in other reviews, it has always been a very good experience, ive been always treated with respect and consideration at all times. Yes. Prices are slightly higher than in non-historic cafes, but I must say the place does fill you with a soothing mental solitude when sitting down by yourself for a cup of chocolate that has always made sitting down for a cup worth the extra euro or two compared to an on-the-go shop. Sometimes slowing down for an almost ritual process of dipping panna on your chocolate is needed. If talking is your thing you can hang out at the bar and strike a casual convo with another client or with the barista, i have not been refused a light talk. The chocolate was amazing, either normal or gianduia, the coffee is great too. Im not a gelato person but ive ordered it and its tasty. Absolutely recommend stopping by.
Ying Luo
Ying Luo: Very nice cafe with long history. I visited on a Monday morning and it’s really quiet. The coffee is great and the croissant is delicious. I would also recommend their handmade chocolates - very soft and smooth as well as the tiramisu - so good!!!
Giovanni Lacqua
Giovanni Lacqua: The Fiorio ice cream parlor is one of the oldest in the city of Turin, it is worth going in and sitting down to breathe a bit of history in its refined surroundings and while sitting, savoring their gianduia ice cream, with its indistinguishable flavour, the cream and the stracciatella i my favorite flavours
Adi
Adi: Good place for drinks and pastries. Waiting staff were attentive and polite.Lost one star for the toilet, in need of an upgrade!

Kieron Alexander: Hard rice in the wrap and staff just stood there ignoring me whilst I’m waiting to order a smoothie; no one in queue but the two male staff are happy having their conversation. Ended up leaving before asking for the smoothie, I’ll go somewhere else
Trang Nguyen
Trang Nguyen: Hot chocolate cost 3,60€! You get it in a paper cup and it taste like sweet water with chocolate. Its not worth it. 1 Star for the possibility to charge your phone.

Rosa Kh: You can really enjoy your order here, they provide hot and cold drinks (tea and coffee) , and also donuts, cookies and cakes🤩

Starbucks Torino: what do users think?
Anthony Patrick
Anthony Patrick: Why you should be standing in two separate lines for a combined 25 minutes to pay 3 euros for a cup of standard black coffee is an unfathomable mistery. Sorry, but Starsuxx, honestly
Olga Abramova
Olga Abramova: Unjustifiably high prices and low level of service quality. All the toilets were out of order. The staff works without gloves despite the danger of covid. It’s inappropriately. I don’t understand why the queue is so long here. It’s madness. The one advantage is the possibility to work on the second floor: there is comfortable place for work.
Da silva Jessica
Da silva Jessica: We stopped to have breakfast, the coffee was good, service very fast, only negatives points were : not enough place to sit in the coffee so we had to sit outside (in December) and the orange juice wasn’t very good. Asides from that it’s like all the Starbucks around the world !
Mariella
Mariella: Very good placeYou can find the best coffee only in Starbucks!
Phat phat
Phat phat: I like Starbucks a lot. I try many Starbucks around the world. This Starbucks has a nice design but some kind of drinks does not good as the other Starbucks in other country. For example, frappe is not much taste and too much ice. However, this shop make better hot chocolate than the other Starbucks. The cake is also good.
Hassan Choucair
Hassan Choucair: Very friendly staff, a really popular spot for work and study.... Totally recommended. Moreover they always get the temperature right inside which I truly appreciate.
Yasamin Foroutan
Yasamin Foroutan: Good coffeesAlways crowded and needs to improve but one of the creative bars
Kat Beatriz
Kat Beatriz: Nice to finally see a Starbucks in italy. It’s a standard “green” store with the usual menu. Nothing like the roastery or reserve stores but local bars (cafe) can’t whip up a chai tea latte or a matcha tea latte. Clean store. 13€ for two drinks and two pastries but oh well, no one in town makes a matcha tea latte 😁👍👍

Kinga Byrska
Kinga Byrska: Delicious coffee in a famous place. A small interior with interesting old furniture. All is bathed in a candle light, which gives this place a cozy and unique vibe. You can smell a past era there. For me it’s a must visit spot in Turin. Staff is friendly and polite, you also get advice how to enjoy Bicerin the best. We had a wonderful time there and I recommend everyone to stop there to try this famous drink.
Carlos Sarasola Orio
Carlos Sarasola Orio: One of the oldest and best preserved Turin’s historical cafes. It’s a very small place but it also boast a nice terrace facing Guarino Guari’s baroque Basilica Della Consolata. It’s worth tasting the famous Turin “Bicerin” if you haven’t yet and a assortment of “Biscotti”
Mihaela Alexandrova
Mihaela Alexandrova: Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, family-run place, very delicious offerings. A bit pricey but with a reason. The visit there made my day, strongly recommend !
J Z
J Z: Instead of Bicerin, I ordered summer special iced chocolate with whipped cream and it reveals how good their chocolate really is. It is dark, intense and smooth and with subtle bitterness of the Cocao. Not very sweet. Perfect! No wonder people rave about this place. It is really worth a try. Plus even the though I am alone and occupied a table that can fit 4 people, they didn’t try to cram other customer to my table.
Kenia Feunekes
Kenia Feunekes: Went here to taste the famous Bicerin. For me it tasted ok, nothing special than an espresso with chocolate milk and whipped cream. We ordered some biscuits and one piece of cake, they were also not that special (the cake is bit dry). We paid EUR 27 for two bicerin, some biscuits and one piece of cake. It is overpriced for the taste.
Graham Bayne
Graham Bayne: We waited about 45 minutes to get a table inside, outside tables were available almost immediately. A beautiful place with marble tables and a counter from 1763 as is the wooden floor. We have the merenda for 14€ each, delicious and well worth it. Would certainly return.
Boozylil
Boozylil: You have to visit for coffee/chocolate/hazelnut goodness. Beautiful shop and cafe in a beautiful location.
Anastasia Shportko
Anastasia Shportko: It is a very special, unique and historical coffee place in the heart of Turin. Dumas even had coffee here! Beware of a long waiting time which makes sense (we waited around 40 min). You must have a table here - no carry out. Try to come earlier (when we came around noon, they ran out of a few cool desserts). The staff is super friendly! The taste however was lacking for me. It is ok. :)
Eris
Eris: History, delicious bicerin, good view. The problems are the long cue and the cost a bit too high. (7.5€)
-
-: Tried bicerin and loved it. Canadian here so tried the drink for the first time. Should have looked at price first. It’s € 7.5.

Small shisha for two person cost you only 10 euros and for three person is 15 euro. The staff are really nice and helpful. If you are interested in smoking shisha and having quality time with friends I highly recommend this place. Sit outside and enjoy watching flow of crowds, or enjoy perfect ambiance inside.

Cristina Balsà: So glad to hang out here everytime I want to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in the city center. Ryan GRENIER: Very good place to drink a coffee or wine ! Beautiful view with sun most of the time. Prices seems to be a little bit expansive. Otherwise, tasty croissant and good capuccino. (no sugar delivered with it > you have to ask) One of the man serving customers is not friendly. No smile. No please. No thank you. The woman who served us was very kind.

Roma Huti: Visiting once i have good and bad experience together. Cons on entrance there is menu of another place, also inside we saw panetone for 1.5 eur while payed 5 per piece. Do no understand it. Super slow service, was waiting for bicerin more than 12 mins. Prons really beautifully second hall and overall interior, bicerin i really liked, last sips were the most bitter and best for me.
Silvio Armando
Silvio Armando: Beautiful historical place; worth a visit to see the decor; nice coffee and croissants. Couldn’t say the same about the staff. Very rude and impolite. It would have been a well deserved 5 stars apart from this little inconvenience.
Roberto Passarelli
Roberto Passarelli: Very antique and exquisite place, great location, good service but a bit overpriced and the food was good. The atmosphere inside is worth it
JV Douglas
JV Douglas: Service was slow, the table cloth was filthy, bread was stale, they forgot to give us a drinks menu, food took ages to arrive and was average at best, staff were quite rude and unhelpful. We were looking forward to a long lunch, but ate little and left early because it was all too hard. The cakes were good though so maybe it would be worth dropping in for coffee and cake.... Caffè Mulassano: what do users think?
Alexandra “Ale” Paredes
Alexandra “Ale” Paredes: Must visit if you’re in Torino! Charming old style cafe founded in 1879. Tried the tramezzino (their signature dish) with an spritz and you have the perfect aperitivo. The cafe is super small but gorgeous. They have tables inside and outside.
Molly Lyons
Molly Lyons: Bicerin is a must try. Croissant is okay. Ambient and decoration is classic. Nice to sit and watch people. Cafe itself is very small so be prepared to wait or find table if busy time.
Marco Prete
Marco Prete: Gorgeous historical bar. Unappetising tartines, so so cocktail, slow service (and no smile), and London prices. My mum loved the hot chocolate though. However, in all fairness, I would NOT recommend this place for aperitivo
Anthony Patrick
Anthony Patrick: An amazingly intact time machine to the early 20th century, a legendary establishment where Italian tramezzini were traditionally first invented and continue to be offered here next to several types of fine signature vermouths
Fabrizio Ori
Fabrizio Ori: Known for their sandwiches, also ranked for serving one of the best Bicerin in Turin. Frankly overrated, very limited seats, disgruntled service too.
Emma Iacono
Emma Iacono: A beautiful gem! Our favourite historic cafe in Torino!
Ioana S
Ioana S: Beautiful caffe with a lot of history behind it, that serves delicious and various recipes of café.
