Carrefour Express - Supermarket: what do users think?

Elvio Colombino: Just another Carrefour Express supermarket. Pretty big, prices are OK but on the high side. Good butcher corner with a lot of cuts

Zyonin R.: Nice little supermarket near Piazza Solferino. Has a decent selection of grocery items and is not your typical maze.

B G: The people working in this Carrefour are exceptional: very friendly and helpful! The variety of the products are good and also an excellent place to buy meat.

Elvio Colombino: Just another good Carrefour Express

Scott Callahan: Great friendly cashier and well stocked. Good prices and some discounts.

John Piccione: Very nice and helpful

FlowerInMe FlowerInMe: Very friendly staff especially the butcher department which has quality products

Andréa Martins: It is totally absurd that this shop has the air conditioning off when it is 38 degrees hot in Turin. Employees feel sick throughout the working day and fresh produce rot. Supermarket change.

Giuseppe Delvecchio: Medium-sized supermarket for the city center, well stocked, city center prices, higher than in other supermarket chains

Lidl: what do users think?

Sorin Turbut: Very neat, well kept. Simply Lidl.

Vy Nguyễn Phan An: I’ve been thinking about whether or not I should write this review, but this issue has been going on for quite a while now so it has to be mentioned. I’ve been shopping at Lidl for 3 years now, since I first arrived in Torino for my study at Politecnico in 2019. It’s a good place to shop, especially for students who don’t have a lot of money but still want to have a variety of products to choose from. During that time, I’ve met some cashiers, some are very nice (for example a young lady with dyed hair, a man with glasses who works the early shift, and a woman with glasses and short hair) while some others are...endurable. However, today at around 10:30AM, there’s a cashier with behaviors that I can only describe as disrespectful and racist. The moment she saw me, she practically used all her forces to throw my items across the counter, and even has the tendency to look at me angrily when one of the items she threw fall on the ground and I didn’t immediately pick it up, as if I was the one who threw it. Then she rolled her eyes & looked at other customers when I told her in Italian that I’d pay in card, which made me felt like nothing I ever do or say can make her not angry. And to be honest this has not been the first time she acts this way towards other non-Caucasian customers. What was the saddest thing about this experience is the fact that she made me felt like I did something wrong, when in fact I did all the things everyone else did, except for the fact that I am an Asian, in the middle of a pandemic. It was the dirty looks she gave me that makes me felt bad about myself for something I cannot control. Should you wonder what she looks like, she is an older woman with long, black hair. If you can, avoid her counter (which I’m sure she’d be grateful for) so you don’t have to go through the same things I did. Have a good day to everyone who’s reading this message.

Claudia Restrepo: Almost all the times they are putting products on the market, so always is hard to find the place clean or organized. Lidl near to piazza carlina, Turin

Srushti Goud: Lidl is a great place to get good quality products at cheaper prices. It is generally crowded and is smaller in size but has almost everything required. The fresh bread section is my favorite.

Liudmyla Pozniak (Liudok): The supermarket in the center is good and comfortable but that requirement is not established in all supermarkets of this company

Conny Bunny: The supermarket and staff itself is great but... The surrounding area of the entrance is extremely filthy. Drunk and addict individuals lurking around at any hour. "Homeless" thugs harrassing public decency and basically whoever passes by. Inside of the supermarket, all kind of atrocities can occur: the same filthy subjects visibly drunk, arrogant immigrants, horribly smelling individuals keep bumping into you...things like that. So be aware. I admire the cashiers...having to deal with that kind of clientele, must be hard. No public toilet, or even a sink to wash hands. Prices are not so low than at other discount stores. So the choice is yours. Good luck!

Domenica Vallino: A German low cost supermarket, they have also some good quality products and freshly baked bread and pastries. If you have the time and curiosity to look around the not very appealingly arranged shelves, you will be rewarded with Irish butter, freshly baked bretzeln, french products... And the prices are really affordable. A good change from the usual standard supermarket, so quite crowded

Moin Mohammad: Small and compact. Best quality products. Has almost everything but bit expensive.

Roy Norge: Very Nice little store, clean and good choice and friendly manager

Tom Richards: One small Italian supermarket is worth a hundred British Tesco extras. Fact. Indisputable.

Eppu Helin: Not the best selection of products but okay. Cold beverages were hidden too well which was a shame.

Carolyn Davis: Small grocery store, but packed with all the necessities. Centrally located, too!

Patricia Isabel Castro: The staff is friendly and helpful!

Vjačeslavs Mitņičuks: Ok

Monica Lanza: Wow

Business type: Supermarket

Carrefour Market - Supermarket: what do users think?

Matthieu Crétier: It’s the best supermarket in the area. It has plenty of food and grocery for a reasonable price. The staff is not particularly welcoming, but this is not the issue. The real problem is the line that appears during rush hour, because the cashier department is understaffed and the supermarket does not have enough cash systems (automatic and operated by persons)

Daniel Leiria: Always open and has everything that we need in terms of groceries

Alan Malta: Expensive as all other Carrefours, but in this one specifically the security guard does not trust in any client. Making your experience with the brand became a bad thing, just because of the lack of professionalism

Muhammad Ali Kashif: For people living near San Salvario this is a supermarket that is open 24 hours. Its very convenient because supermarkets usually close at 8pm. A point to keep in mind however is that from 11.30pm till 12.30am you cant pay by debit card.

Katie: A good sized supermarket with a nice selection. Masks are mandatory and you get your temperature checked upon entry.

Pepe Moder: Pretty big this supermarket, with an extended variery of quality food. Feel free to jump in even in the middle of the night, the neighborhood is safe and the shop is open 24x7. Fresh fiah not available after 8 pm

Leonor Melo: The xenophobia of the employees of this supermarket is unbelievable. One thing is not knowing how to speak in english, other is to make fun of people that are not Italians, tourists and ERASMUS students that go there and try to speak italian. Happend several times: me or my friends were trying to explain something and more than one worker started to bully us, with other clients or other employees. We were able to understand what they were saying and it was pretty xenophobic. Maybe you should rethink about your employment criteria.

Lidl: what do users think?

Karthik Sakthivel: It was good place to have quick purchase. Avoid timing between 5pm - 6pm. Que lineup to 8-10 people even if all 3 billing staffs are open at this particular time

Amjad Kallas: Very cheap with quality food and has a large space

Federica Norrito: Top lidl

Davron Nigmatov: Lidl is very good discount supermarket chain. Quality products at low prices. Well organized. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit crowded during weekends.

Anurag Srivastava: Prices are low compared to other supermarkets like Bennet and Pam. Some of the products especially Museli, Corn Flex and othe packed items are much cheaper than other big supermarket giants. Product quality is from good to better. Lidlbrand products are best in low price with high quality.

Nihanth Thodupunuri: Good , its a lil big store

Carrefour Market - Supermarket: what do users think?

Davron Nigmatov: Helpful staff, great variety of products and always open. But gets messy in late evenings and a bit expensive.

Aurora Daciane: I like that is always open, very convenient. But not so kind and the fruits many times are rotten

giulia gagliardi: Not enough staff to deal with all the customers usually there. Lots of issues with self service checkouts and long queue both to get someone to help you and to switch to a manned checkout.

Efe Dumanoglu: Not open 24/7

zubair ahmed: Aisles are not much spacious , but the best thing is that it is 24 hours open. Basic necessaries available. Very near to dicembere station

Knight “Nyt” S: One of the best big markets in the area, as it is open 24×7. We almost get everything there, but at bit pricey.

ashish tiwari: Its open 24 hour which is very rare in torino.nice and huge varieties available for grossry.must try

Shailesh Srivastava: Big Store, everything you need can be found here.

Carrefour Express - Supermarket: what do users think?

Anastacia Aoki: Love this tiny grocery. The carts were cute, selections were great (including gianduja), but a tiny bit pricey as it is in the heart of Turin (understandable). It’s in a beautiful neighbourhood! The only thing was that the checkout queue was a bit crowded. The staff was great, as they quickly opened up another till to accommodate/respond to the situation and appease frustrated shoppers.

Ksenia M: Well, it is what I expect from a city grocery store - they have water and a little bit of the products everyone uses daily. The staff spoke English very well and it was great to have some help and a friendly advice. Unfortunately the store is not wheelchair accessible (three huge stairs as far I can remeber). Prices are ok for a very central location.

Michal Voska: Great

Jeff Hughes: Easy access to water and snack from hotels and city center.

erkki mäkelä: Good selection of goods, easy to access, helpful personnel

IncredibleBuzz: Good bread

Ana Amelia Malvezzi Botelho: Very expensive...

mariam fakhar: Super

Eva Arriete: A very good option for a more economical stay in Turin, since food and drinks are quite expensive and everywhere they charge you for cover, which many of us are not used to. It is the same as the Carrefour express in other cities.

Carrefour Express - Supermarket: what do users think?

ASMH K: Very good

Abid khattak: Was expensive but ok

Bhushan Kulkarni: Nice place one stop shop for most of essentials

Alessandra Pallanca: Dog friendly

Frr Rap: Nice well-stocked place and finding it in the city center I find it convenient.

Carlo Felice: Truly an excellent store in the center of Turin, very convenient especially for people like me who find everything they need on an office break. The fruit counter is appreciable which, although not huge, is equipped with a bit of everything, both for seasonal fruit and for dried fruit, which is often also sold loose in baskets and not only already pre-packaged, which for me is an added value that the market can offer. The bakery is also very well stocked, in practice among a thousand types of flour and dough it is difficult not to find what is right for you (a colleague told me that even gluten-free, a very important aspect for her, is well contemplated here in the offering). Clerks, in my experience, generally always nice and helpful. In short, a nice 8.

Walter Riccardi: Little choice looks like a discount store not a carrefour

Emanuela Isola: The fruit salads cost a little too much, for the rest I found the same prices as in Lecce and therefore I was fine. Shops clean and tidy. Polite and friendly cashiers.

Carrefour Market - Supermarket: what do users think?

Elias Paul: Good supermarket with a good selection of items. Easy shopping for you if you live close by. Also it’s open till 12AM on most days. Good customer service and great products on sale. I usually do a lot of shopping here, and it’s not very crowded during morning hours, but afternoons could be crowded. Carrefour has a bigger hypermarket close by, you will have a better selection of items and offers there.

Yusuf Salohiddinov: you can find everything is here but little bit expensive but sometimes there are good discounts you can find

Amjad Kallas: Good Supermarket, but some other Carrefour are better

Big Man: A very good gluten free section, alot of specials and an overall good experience

John Mercer: Great Service, Great Prices and Great Atmosphere

Alessio: Been there several times in the last 2 years: prices are above average, and some cashiers (2 of them) clearly hate the job and treat customers bad (please Store Manager do something..). Anyway no problem, there are many Carrefour in Turin, one is 5 minutes away.

Carrefour Market: what do users think?

Majed Veysel: You can find whatever you want here !

Tina Valea: Great place!

Nash Laude: Amazing

Roberto Degni: Since June it has worsened in management, little staff compared to before almost always absurd queues at the cash desk to be a neighborhood market, plus at the cash desks to speed up the queue goes staff of the gastronomy who then with the same gloves serves cold cuts, bread and more, a sign of lack of absolute hygiene (I write it because I was present and seen everything) vegetable department there are old products that remain there for sale, almost rotten tomatoes and potatoes in bags with flying flies, in short, there is a lack of attention and personnel also confirmed by complaints of those who work there since I know they speak and the customers have ears to hear and see. Watch out because as people go there if they do not improve, change and go elsewhere there are alternatives even taking two more steps. Prices beyond logic, basic carrefour toilet paper 4 micro rolls from 1 euro passed to 1.79 pack? But we are crazy !!!!

TS CN: Market with disproportionate prices and poor quality of products. Lazy, lazy and incompetent employees. They served me a hard, oxidized ham, inedible! I discourage the use of the place and I hope it fails soon!

monica ciano: If you want to see a clean and tidy food counter, with always fresh stuff and with nice and competent staff, I suggest you go to via Artisti

Loreta Lagattolla: small neighborhood supermarket. Well stocked, excellent offers and good gastronomy department. It is better to check the expiry dates of packaged products (sometimes expired products are on sale! ) Always good offers and kindness of the staff. In recent months the prices of certain items have been increased a little too much! Compared to other supermarkets in the area, the prices have been increased excessively.

Andrea Carron: This shop is not as big as others of the same chain, but it is already sufficiently supplied. However, the choice of products is quite wide and the staff is helpful.

Antonio Iannucci: Located in the city centre. Well equipped, organized and clean.

Lidl: what do users think?

Hassan Choucair: Relatively good discounts in the store. Way more affordable than other shops for sure! Plus the Lidl app gives these extra discounts that everyone is looking for.

Ugiagbe wilfred Iyore: This is always a place where I always prefer to buy food stuffs, with their moderate prices.

Donipudi Satya Sri Harshita: Has stuff at very reasonable prices compared to other super markets in city. Also maintains very good and some times its hard to find the stuff you need and also compared to other Lidl in city some times it lacks the variety of products.

Rajib Hossain: Anything you can buy here foods

Md Safiqul Islam: This is not a big market but handy to buy things for home, especially food from raw fish and meat to fruit and vegetables. The price is very affordable and you will also find different types of clothing and tools occasionally with other useful machines. As usual there are foods, beverages, cosmetics and others things what you expect from a supermarket

Dao Tuan: For any one who gonna buy stuffs in here: you guys have to be very carefully to look at the bill 1st. The employees will gonna scam from you the money. Very small like from 1-2 € but imagine they do that with hundred of customers in 1 day

Beto Santarello: Horrible! There is no organization in the checkout queue. A woman took the sign that divides her purchases from mine, so that I could pay for her purchases. This supermarket is a terror. It is unfortunate that there is no Walmart in Italy.

Tara Bhai: This is a place where you can find your daily necessary goods . The staffs there are real polite . If you need anything fast and cheap you can go here. Lidl has got every new variety of things for your daily need . Kickass shop with a lot of space have fun in lidl

Lidl: what do users think?

Slava Lypchanskyi: Supermarket with large selection of products and cheap price.

Opoola Akintomiwa: At Lidl, you get to pick the best at probably the least costs. It is a store full of beautiful food items, utensils, groceries and what have you? The products are well organized and they do a number of promotions called Offerta in Italian.

Zyonin R.: A larger Lidl than most. This location can be a bit chaotic and cluttered despite the floor space. It and the nearby IL Gigante are the only reason to visit the shopping center SNOS unless you live in one of the adjoining apartment blocks.

pastor godwin: Beautiful and excellently treated

Shahzad Zaman: I really good supermarket and is really economical with a variety of products and house hold items. Is specially good for students and people who want to eat good while saving some.

usman ali butt: Almost every daily consuming product can be found here. One little disadvantage is the queue for cash out.

Sara Ali: All essential stuff are available. Good prices

Felipe Trujillo: 2 cashiers for 40+ people, no preference to older people

Karthik Sakthivel: Some shops are still not operative, but the offers are good.
