Beyond this episode, the place is very nice and welcoming, there is great music and the service is great. I will definitely be back! I will definitely be back.

Boat Rent Italy: Nice authentic place with a short but yammy maroccan menu and plenty of maroccan natural teas selection (hot or cold). Great for aperitivo or dinner. Try also their nice maroccan pastries and the rose tea. We came twice during our stay in Torino. Really enjoyed their food and their Maroccan ambience ;). Service was also friendly. Thanks and until next time

Caffe della Basilica Bistrot: what do users think?
Vivacious Vagabond
Vivacious Vagabond: I’ve been to Caffe della Basilica Bistrot three times (so far!) in the past month since arriving in Turin. While there are many outstanding dining options in Turin, this establishment has captured my heart (well, stomach!). The food is predominantly Piedmontese, with a few other dishes from other regions of Italy - no matter what you order, you will be pleased. Additionally, the staff couldn’t be nicer.
Borbala Nagy
Borbala Nagy: Monday 7pm not many places are open for an "early" dinner. This was. The pasta with sausage and walnut was great. Wine great. The female waitress who spoke some English was helpful .
Claudia Ibarguen
Claudia Ibarguen: I don’t usually write bad reviews. But the food here was so bad that it merits it. After 3 days in Turin eating very well everywhere this was a bad surprise. The “hamburger” was a piece of meat with no taste with some white cheese on top. It was cold. The milanesa was full of bones. We left hungry and disappointed. If this reviews helps at least one other person to avoid this restaurant it will have served its purpose. The waiters were nice but the quality of the food was grotesque.
Response: Dear customer, thank you for your review, I take opportunity to make some clarifications that could be useful to future customers: The burger he ate was a vegetarian eggplant burger so he didn’t taste the meat, it is served with a typical Italian cheese called stracciatella, is a cheese that is served cold; The milanese was made with cockerel meat and there are no bones, the chest and thigh are boned, it is not a milanese chicken breast. Sorry for your negative experience, we will be happy to host you again with the hope that you can change your mind. a suggestion that I give you, when you have doubts ask the staff that is ready to answer any question
scmconsult

Anthony M
Anthony M: Incredible wine menu. One of my favorite wines is Barbera. Here, it’s like, which year? Rustic interior. Like exposed brick ceiling. Delicious menu. Costs a little bit. Like around 30 Euros. for lunch. Its drinks menu has cocktail and before diner drinks and after dinner drinks and liquors.
Angelo Nese
Angelo Nese: Lovely atmosphere. High quality food, but not pretentious. Interesting desserts. Good for a romantic dinner.

Ettore Botti

Filippo Rossetto
Filippo Rossetto: Wonderful specialty coffee with a vast variety of choices. Really enjoyed my V60. Bought a bag for home, great quality as expected. Thanks for being quality first! Prices are regular for a specialty cafe, no complains there, the quality matches the cost, if not passes it. It’s far from my area but I will certainly be back. 100% recommend giving a visit.

MARISA ARTUSIO
MARISA ARTUSIO: Good coffee, you know what an effort with Lavazza. Absolutely the most expensive coffee I drank: € 1.30 and without receipt. Even at Platti which is a "historical mister" bar costs less and makes a receipt.
Response: Good evening Marissa, First of all, we are sorry for your negative feedback. We would like to clarify the reason why we have brought the coffee to € 1.30 from 1 November: Unfortunately, our sector has been among the most affected by the crisis resulting from the pandemic period, as if that weren't enough, I think you are aware of the increases in raw materials, energy supplies, etc. That 10% increase that you find inconceivable is paltry compared to what our industry is facing. If you sat at the table, you would not pay any surplus intended as "table service" despite the fact that the dehor is heated and there are seats inside the club. Maybe next time ask us for an explanation of our prices. Our price list is displayed in order to avoid these situations. Every customer is free to choose! Finally, the receipt is made at each payment in an absolute way. Unfortunately it happens that customers pay "over the counter" instead of paying at the cash desk and do not collect the tax receipt from the appropriate payment space. Anyway, at Platti's they make a very good coffee, maybe next time we'll go and have one together. We offer it to you! With Love Cafe
Monia Mottino
Monia Mottino: The morning coffee ☕️ of the heart ❤️ .... Kind and nice .. Now in the morning I can not do without it
Response: Thanks for the 5 stars!
Rebecca
Rebecca: Friendly staff and excellent products. I made a great impression by bringing croissants to work in the morning! They also have vegan croissants which, for someone like me who is allergic to egg, are not very easy to find, or at least not easy to find so good. Many compliments I will definitely be back!
Response: Thank you very much Rebecca, we are very happy that you like our products!
Davis Melloncelli
Davis Melloncelli: Practically a daily appointment in my case because, every day, before going to the office, I go for breakfast. In addition to the excellent coffee, of course the service .... only positive notes!
Response: Thank you very much Davis for your positive feedback!

Caffè Reale Torino: what do users think?
Anne Todd
Anne Todd: Very hard to give this any stars, as no one actually served us! We arrived at the front and asked whether the cafe was open. A friendly waiter (I guess he deserves the star!) assured us they were open, but we should sit at the back. He ushered us through the restaurant, into the courtyard. As we entered the courtyard, a different waiter said we should sit inside. We said that we had just been told to go outside, he shrugged, waved us towards a table, hurried away. No tables were in the shade, so we nudged one away from the sun. We then saw a table in a better position, so moved places. A waiter came — ignored us — replaced the table back in the sun. Maybe he wasn’t a waiter, maybe he was the ‘table positioning’ employee. In fact, maybe none of the staff were waiters, they certainly didn’t seem to understand the definition of the title as no one ever came to take our order. After a while, we decided they were too busy, so we left in search of food and drinks. Turin is a big city, there are places to go where you will actually be served. I suggest you find one.
Dim N
Dim N: Small museums cafe in gorgeous place, in italian palace. Good place to rest after visiting museum, inside terrific design with vitrines, outside nice places with view on yard. Nice variety of food and drinks, good staff but little bit slow and super tasty desserts

Joseph Huesler
Joseph Huesler: We liked this restaurant for lunch. Good service, food and ambience. I can only recommend going there.
Response: Dear Thank you so much for your review Hope to see you again! LC
Sara Vassy
Sara Vassy: Historic café Located inside the Royal Palace but can also be accessed without having an entrance ticket to the palace. Its interior is worth visiting because it houses a beautiful collection of ceramics and the furnishings are from the period. Visiting the interior is a journey through time and sitting outside at one of the elegant tables is a cuddle Tantalizing menu and the kindness of the staff make it a stop worthy not only of a review but certainly of a return Delicious pastry Great coffee
Mattia Donadoni
Mattia Donadoni: I found it a good experience. We had a snack with eggnog and ladyfingers biscuits. Quality deserves! Fair price for the quality and location.
Response: Good evening and thanks for your kind reply We look forward to seeing you next time! LC
Marcello Cafaro
Marcello Cafaro: We stopped visiting the museums even though we were well past lunchtime, and we liked the idea of having lunch inside the Royal Palace. And to our astonishment, the interior of the restaurant bar was another museum, with a display of porcelain and crockery.
Massimiliano
Massimiliano: A good and beautiful discovery. We have so much to discover about our city. And this little gem is right here. Historic and very charming place. Really friendly and kind staff. Thanks for the hospitality see you soon.

Paul Van Lierop
Paul Van Lierop: If you want to sit and enjoy a coffee in style this is the spot. Feel like the rich and famous with prime realestate cafe, beautiful decor and amazing service. The coffee is good quality but can no justify €5 for a cappuccino on a regular basis so for me this place is a decedent once in a while.
Jasmine Decker
Jasmine Decker: Beautiful place with a lot of history. Great if you want to try the local drinks. We took Bicerin and Marocchino- two traditional hot beverages and baci di dama + Bunet as dessert. The waiter was funny and friendly but you could see that they are extremely busy because he kept running between tables.
Krzysztof Habowski
Krzysztof Habowski: Average service, very slow. Drinks, coffee, snacks and cake were good. Nice view.
Łukasz Militowski
Łukasz Militowski: Nice place for a short break. Great Bicerin although a little bit expensive (7.5€). We also had to wait around 15 minutes for a waiter.
Maria Maganari
Maria Maganari: Maybe it’s a historic caffe of the town BUT! Astronomic prices for pure service (very impolite waiter!) and basic tastes. Tiramisu was not something special!
Eva Belanyiova
Eva Belanyiova: Very dirty inside, which is a shame. Expensive, given it ha not been maintained well, it needs refurbishing and proper cleaning. There are other beautiful historical bars in Turin, that are much nicer and maintained in beautiful condition even today. We left disappointed 😞.
Jonathan De Rosa
Jonathan De Rosa: €14 for an average Aperol Spritz and the WORST service. We have spent a month travelling through Italy and this was easily the absolute worst service we have received. We felt unwelcome and like we were a hinderance from the moment we stepped inside. Save your money and buy double the amount of Aperol Spritz’s somewhere else where they actually enjoy their job.
Juan Olmedilla
Juan Olmedilla: Old and somewhat run down place with some charm. Correct service and good food, on the expensive side. Not recommendable considering plenty of alternatives nearby

Kinga Byrska: Delicious coffee in a famous place. A small interior with interesting old furniture. All is bathed in a candle light, which gives this place a cozy and unique vibe. You can smell a past era there. For me it’s a must visit spot in Turin. Staff is friendly and polite, you also get advice how to enjoy Bicerin the best. We had a wonderful time there and I recommend everyone to stop there to try this famous drink.
Carlos Sarasola Orio
Carlos Sarasola Orio: One of the oldest and best preserved Turin’s historical cafes. It’s a very small place but it also boast a nice terrace facing Guarino Guari’s baroque Basilica Della Consolata. It’s worth tasting the famous Turin “Bicerin” if you haven’t yet and a assortment of “Biscotti”
Mihaela Alexandrova
Mihaela Alexandrova: Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, family-run place, very delicious offerings. A bit pricey but with a reason. The visit there made my day, strongly recommend !
J Z
J Z: Instead of Bicerin, I ordered summer special iced chocolate with whipped cream and it reveals how good their chocolate really is. It is dark, intense and smooth and with subtle bitterness of the Cocao. Not very sweet. Perfect! No wonder people rave about this place. It is really worth a try. Plus even the though I am alone and occupied a table that can fit 4 people, they didn’t try to cram other customer to my table.
Kenia Feunekes
Kenia Feunekes: Went here to taste the famous Bicerin. For me it tasted ok, nothing special than an espresso with chocolate milk and whipped cream. We ordered some biscuits and one piece of cake, they were also not that special (the cake is bit dry). We paid EUR 27 for two bicerin, some biscuits and one piece of cake. It is overpriced for the taste.
Graham Bayne
Graham Bayne: We waited about 45 minutes to get a table inside, outside tables were available almost immediately. A beautiful place with marble tables and a counter from 1763 as is the wooden floor. We have the merenda for 14€ each, delicious and well worth it. Would certainly return.
Boozylil
Boozylil: You have to visit for coffee/chocolate/hazelnut goodness. Beautiful shop and cafe in a beautiful location.
Anastasia Shportko
Anastasia Shportko: It is a very special, unique and historical coffee place in the heart of Turin. Dumas even had coffee here! Beware of a long waiting time which makes sense (we waited around 40 min). You must have a table here - no carry out. Try to come earlier (when we came around noon, they ran out of a few cool desserts). The staff is super friendly! The taste however was lacking for me. It is ok. :)
Eris
Eris: History, delicious bicerin, good view. The problems are the long cue and the cost a bit too high. (7.5€)

-: Tried bicerin and loved it. Canadian here so tried the drink for the first time. Should have looked at price first. It’s € 7.5.
