Fabrizio Fedele: Top shop, with top prices and in line with the market. Buy a pair of Sketchers at a great price and the clerk was also very kind in giving me the model of a shoe which unfortunately he did not have the size.
Federica C: Very positive experience. On February 3, I brought back a pair of 2 Stars bought in this shop in April 2021 (showing the ATM payment). Both shoes were similarly cut in the sole, probably flawed. My shoes were replaced and today I went to the shop to pick them up. Thanks for the professionalism. Kind and helpful salesmen. I love your shoes and just bought my second pair in Turin, however except for my very positive experience in Firenze last year, I visited both your stores in Milan in Sep 2021 and the store in Turin today (July 2022) and in all three cases, I had the feeling, that I have to force your sales people to sell me shoes. They were uninspired, did not propose me alternatives, were unwilling to see if they have my size in store. I hope you work with your sales colleagues on their attitude and motivation. By the way the sales person last July in Firenze could train the sales people in Milan and Turin.

Katja Roccia: I bought shoes in this shop with objective defects, which they then replaced me with another model. I write this review not to criticize the flaw, which can happen, but for the attitude. The owner and Giorgia, the young girl, always welcome with a smile, are kind and attentive to customer satisfaction, however the older saleswoman, who on paper should be experienced, does not welcome with a smile, is always a little annoyed and his attitude and expressions do not invite you to return to the shop; regarding his approach to the customer, there is ample room for improvement. Having said that, I consider the shop to be of quality, therefore I will buy again, expressly asking to be served by Giorgia or by the owner.
