Carola Pedrazzo Jewel Designer: I turned to the Turin showroom (via Manzoni at the corner of via Bertola) at the beginning of a renovation that would last much longer than expected and with various changes in progress. I was followed by the architect Ileana Zambelli: from the very first meeting I appreciated the availability, not common, in interpreting the taste I pursued and consequently supporting me with precious suggestions from an aesthetic point of view. In the numerous subsequent meetings the various practical advice of a more planning and resolving nature of some critical points were very useful, especially in the bathroom. The problems that gradually emerged in the construction site, and consequently the variations with respect to the initial choices, have always been accepted, faced and resolved with great competence and dedication. The availability and infinite patience are also commendable! For the last orders I am followed by the Interior Designer Maria Cristina Ignoti whose professionalism and efficiency I had already met and appreciated, as well as the experience, in a previous job. Barbara Grappolo: A piece of advice, read here and check everything as soon as the goods arrive Unfortunately my experience was not entirely positive. I had no problems choosing the materials, even if they didn't advise me on anything, I knew what I wanted and they either ordered it for me or had it in the house. The problems arose at the time of delivery. I had asked for a ceramic sink and instead it arrived in another material, synthetic, they hadn't told me and they didn't change it, telling me it's an excellent material, that they now make them like this, etc etc..... oh well, the 'I kept. I had ordered 5 spigolini 2 arrived, they had mistaken my order with another customer. The heated towel rail was too big, changed. They sent me a shower mixer with 3 outlets, I needed one with 2 outlets, changed. The bowl plate of the vase was smaller than it should have been, changed. I had ordered soap dishes for the shower, they didn't arrive, I didn't insert them in the order sent. I had to go in person and settle for what they had ready for delivery, the plumber had to fit them The bidet and the toilet are in 2 different whites, they found me a lot of excuses, despite the photos that prove it. I would have had to disassemble the vase and carry it by weight, they wouldn't have come to get it, in the end I kept it because they told me I shouldn't have installed it, but that's how I saw the difference. I risked taking it and then having to bring it home, with all that I spent I expected a different behavior. It wasn't the first time I addressed it to the sirt, but compared to the past it seems to me that the service has definitely worsened, too bad......
Alice Borgna: Sirt combines the merits of a high-level interior design studio (where, however, the defect is that you only see samples), with a very large exhibition. We had a great time, despite having placed all the orders in the middle of the red zone: nothing has ever been impossible or infeasible. Alberto is an amazing salesman and always found the best solution whenever I changed my mind. The goods arrived on time, obviously within the limits of the covid period and even the supplementary orders placed during construction and in the open construction site were processed quickly. I would choose him again another ten thousand times.

Luca Troisi: After the closing of the contract, they completely lost interest in managing delivery and reminders to primary suppliers. Moral I'll probably be back home late due to the absence of some materials... bad after-sales. In addition to a myriad of problems, for practically almost everything I got three tiles stained with the ink of the packing tape. I thought it went away easily. They themselves had said that a thinner was enough to buy in any paint factory. After hours of treatments the problem has eased but hasn't been resolved. They were deaf to the request not to charge for the 3 tiles... a Florim expert even came who forgot to mention the problem in the report, only referring to another aspect, but which cannot be attributed to this critical issue. I asked to change a lever of the Ritmonio. After spending more than 3,000 euros on taps, I was asked to return the original piece to check that my plumber hadn't damaged it. Obviously I have to go to Sirt to collect the precious lever. If I don't return the original I can't have the replacement... I'll go as soon as I have time. I don't mean the elegance with which they asked for payment, ordering the lawyer to intervene. We have never refused to pay, but if a radiator ordered at the end of April arrived in mid-September, perhaps there should be tolerance on both sides. Rather than go back to Sirt, I'd go buy in a shop 300km away. Treated from the beginning with distrust and disinterest. They took offense because I made a bad review. But what should a disgruntled customer do?

Andrea Tartaglia: I received 33 packs of tiles from code 62672 instead of 28 packs plus 5 from 62681. The delivery was supposed to take place from 07/11 to 11/11 but it took place on 24/11 with problems also on the delivery. I made a complaint at the point of sale and after 5 working days I still have no news. I am paying the deposit for the shower cubicle, shower tray and bathroom furniture as it was not possible to finish the work due to this problem. In all of this, they don't even answer the store number, and they only deal with direct assistance with online orders, and I'm continuing to lose money because of you. I cannot move into my home despite having placed the order in the shop in early October due to this incompetence, which is not expected from such a large company. Who knows if someone will deign to solve this problem promptly or I'll have to wait another month to complete the work.

M Bado: My partner and I bought the bathrooms for our new home at the betteralge store in Settimo T.se at the end of May this year (delivery took place at the end of July, so delivery times are excellent given the period !!). The store is very large and well stocked and specifically has very good quality bathrooms as well as for all budgets. We were followed from the beginning by Mr. Paolo F .: well we are really happy and satisfied with our choice both as regards the bathrooms (beautiful) and for the quality / price ratio but above all for the assistance received. Paolo in addition to being a guy of extraordinary kindness and grace was really super professional, following us step by step in all aspects: from the choice of models, to that of materials and above all that of colors (he was also available to come to our house to check that the colors chosen went well with our coatings and to take the measurements of the bathrooms themselves). On the other hand, he had a considerable dose of patience since he promptly informed me about the progress of the order; also for logistics, he organized everything in an excellent way: he advised us by indicating various options available for the plumbing connection and the assembly of the furniture itself and, icing on the cake, he even helped us to bring the furniture to the apartment upon delivery (despite he does not physically take care of the delivery, since normally this takes place on the side of the road by the transporters ... but since my partner and I live in the historic center and the big trucks would not be able to pass, Paolo had to organize last a delivery with a special van presenting himself with a colleague and helping us to bring the furniture into the apartment !!!). What can I say ... we are really very happy with our purchase and we can only recommend the Store for the excellent products it offers and above all the assistance from Paolo. A praise to Meglioalge and above all a super super thanks to Paolo; surely we will come back to supply from him for further purchases.
