Arch. Valter Vijno: Dear friends, kind colleagues, I have activated a series of pressures on the Territorial Order of Architects to support my proposals and initiatives to intellectually substantiate the problems, the paths and the management of the specialty of «Forensic Technical Consultant» which I brought back to 'acronym CTF. Unfortunately the autocratic attitude improperly adopted by the corporate establishment lacks the intellectual sensibility to share my observation. I receive proposals from outside my city under the banner of "nemo prophet in his homeland" but I believe I have the right to take action within my territorial office. In the autumn I will publish a manual, a handbook referring to the specialty of CTF generalized to all professions. Practically all the curricula report the willingness to carry out tasks of «Forensic Technical Consultant». But often in the face of facts the argument runs into difficulties that I describe in my book. I then verified that while on the one hand each entity or body having the right intervenes with its own lists and methods to classify the Consultants, there is a European standard, transposed into our legal system which, alone, could offer the single and qualified place to gather those which are entitled to define themselves «Expertise». Too often rules are made that remain unacknowledged. I continue my pressure thanking the signs of esteem that for now I don't want to consider at all.
