Ozan ALKAN: I bought an apple iphone 13. The workers are acting kindly. They can help you. You can get taxfree easily if you are foreigner. I get a good experience in this store. They can speak English. If you want to buy anything you need to wait like 10 minutes and you can get whatever you want.

Анна Бывальцева: I bought a case for my laptop (macbook pro 16), but it was too big for any backpack and I can use it (I even wanted to buy a new backpack, but I didn’t find a model that would fit the case. My old case, for comparison, fit because it had rounded edges and has a softer material). Can I return the case or exchange it for another accessory?

Zohreh Bastow: Just love the efficiency of all the apple stores particularly this one here at Le Gru in Torino. Arrived without an appointment with a BIG BIG problem regarding my aged iMac & Mac Pro. Big big thanks to Alessandro at the Genius Bar for his help & for his pleasant personality
Maurizio Vrenna: The Store is located in the main court of Le Gru, facing the elevators. It’s very well recognizable by the big backlit logo. You can’t be wrong! Great service, high standards. Pretty crowded during peak hours. I recommend to book a meeting with the Genius Bar in advance. Here you can find also the Business Unit, for companies.

Jerome Tanaka: Recently had a problem with my Macbook Pro.You can fix an appointment with them through internet or go there and talk with them. They were so quick to fix my computer and It is inside a shopping center so you can take a walk at some shops while you’re waiting for your product.

Charles Robinson: Pleasantly surprised by the experience I had. I am in Turin for tourism, I had left my cable at the hotel and I went here to get a new one, they assisted me speaking English and within half an hour I went out with the new iPhone, moreover difficult to find at this time. As an Apple Store but much more familiar and welcoming, absolutely recommended for Apple lovers!
