Apartment loft, located on the fourth floor (with elevator), of a palace of about 1950 (1912 first construction) just restored. Located in a quiet area, close to the city center.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer.

In the apartment you can find coffee capsules, tea and herbal teas, milk, fruit juice and biscuits for breakfast.

This is a fantastic apartment, perfectly set up for visitors. Well located near the Metro so you can get to the city centre pretty quickly. Supermarket very nearby too, which is always useful.

Communication was fast and on-point, Fabio was very helpful and left a lot of useful tips for us. Besides, he also left few gifts to our stay, that just made our day.

Apartment is self is super clean, modern, comfy and really became home for us for these few days. We had enough towels, toiletries, and generally had everything we needed.

I am so glad, we chose Fabio's place to stay during our trip, because this was our first impression of the city and it was great

One of the best places I’ve stayed so far on Airbnb. Well designed, spacious, bright and extremely cozy. Amazingly equipped for a long stay which is always a huge plus. Finally, it’s conveniently located - super close to the metro and close to the highway if you arriving by car. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

This apartment has everything you need . We fall in love with the house & the location. Quiet place , sublime view from the 2 front balconies, you can see the mountains . We stayed for 2 months & 10 days & was really difficult to leave the place because we really felt at home. Fabio was a perfect host to us , he thought at each minimum details. Perfect welcoming. The house was furnished with all the amenities + fiew welcoming products .

My fiancé and I stayed here for a nice, long two month vacation. Everything went pretty well, the Airbnb is nice and clean although a bit smaller than I expected by looking at the photos. Still, our stay was great. The bed and the couch aren’t necessarily comfy but they’re decent enough to relax in. Other than that, the kitchen was small but well equipped for cooking meals. The WiFi was pretty slow but that only really mattered because we had to work from home, it would probably be a good enough connection for normal use.

Fabio was nice and easy to reach/communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone having to stay in Torino for a long period of time.

The neighborhood is quiet and there are all the necessary services, such as: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists.
